This is weird for me to review a place I don’t live in but I don’t think they ever answer their phones or care about prospective clients. I had Josh answer the phone and I was speaking he hung up on me. I was interested in renting 2 apartments, one for my grandfather and another for my husband and I. I called about 6-7 times and they just ignore the call. I’m so disappointed but I guess I’ll find an apartment somewhere else. I don’t recommend them because they don’t care about your time. So rude and disrespectful.

Beautiful property lots of amenities ... bad customer service.
I dealt with jade. i put in an application and checked on it for the next 3 days without getting any info... i called again asked if there was anything holding it up on the 5th day anything i needed to submit etc... i was told no everything was good .... no call for a week ... i went to another (west village ) and got approved in a day got my keys and moved in... still curious... i called the argon back and was informed they’d mailed me something detailing the issues ... but for some reason they weren’t able to call me for that

Joshua Carmody and Valerie Tillman have been nothing short of amazing with my time spent here at Argon. I see a lot of reviews with discontent and although things do sometimes have to be replaced or repaired, that’s just apartment life. And thankfully it actually does get done! I appreciate Joshua and the whole staff here at Argon. Everyone has taken care of me and treated me like their own. Beautiful apartments and very quiet.

Just moved here a few months back and so far it has been great! Carlysa, Chelsea and the rest of the staff have been wonderful and continue to go out of their way to make me feel like home! Joshua has also been amazing responding to all of my inquiries in a timely manner the amenities are great!! i love that management goes out of their way to do monthly activities in the commons area! it has helped me create new friends!! the great, friendly customer service from management was one of the many reasons why i decided this was the right place to be! from maintenance to management, thank you!!!!

I have lived here for 7 months.
Like everyone else has said the staff is nice. However the manager Joshua is conceded, rude and makes excuses at every turn.
The water has been shut off for days twice for repairs. Elevators have been down 11 times for a total of almost 3 months and currently has been down for 2 weeks. There is no management, they don't care. There is mold on outside of windows. This place was built in a year and they bought everything cheap. Its not luxury. Its a shame as it looks nice on outside but its just a danger zone. They allow people to part in every fire zone for

Great proximity to good restaurants and night life which is a plus. However, logistically a struggle and hassle to get to and from with high traffic and one way service roads to the turnpike. No parking lot for visitors which leaves and another hassle with cars parked on both sides of Blackwelder to get to the parking garage. Be mindful where you step due to lazy pet owners. "Valet" trash service is not worth the $1.17 a day, and be sure to follow the guidelines or be prepared for reprimand with a picture of your offense on your door.
