My approach with each of my clients is highly tailored to your individual goals. Each program is developed specifically with my client's long term health, fitness and life goals as well as an achievable timeline based on their schedule and other priorities. We work steadily toward achieving those goals through incremental goal setting and recalibrate based on progress.
Coaching is about YOU. Much of the work I do with clients is focused on becoming mindful or aware of what decisions they are making regarding their lifestyle and then changing their mindset to look at things differently. Sometimes, even a small shift in thoughts and behaviors can change your lifestyle instantaneously.
