First time customer. Made it simple. One load of whites. Please use bleach. Woman who took in the bag just grunted when I said "bleach". Laundry came back not smelling of bleach. Stains still on 2 towels. They send the laundry out to another service. Communication obviously breaks down. Probably never even noted "bleach" on the paperwork in the first place. Don't seem to care.
Later, took another load in. It came back missing a very expensive black top which I needed same day for a meeting. I immediately went to them and reported it. They say they farm the laundry out to a third party and have
