I've now had 2 total loss claims that were both handled by Chris Hard's team. The first was an at fault accident and the second was a stolen vehicle. I was treated with the upmost respect and given all the help I could ask for and then some for both claims. Tami was a huge help both times making sure that I never missed a single benefit that my policy would cover and even called a few times just to check in on me and make sure I was good. It totally feels more like family when having interactions with this office and I'm glad to have found them!

Always a pleasure dropping by! I had a minor accident recently and Tami assisted me right away.
The atmosphere is peaceful and they even offer a nice cup of coffee or tea while assisting you with all your insurance needs.
I have everything from car and renter's insurance to life insurance policies through Chris's office. They have always taken care of me.

My wife and I relocated to Colorado Springs and used State Farm for our homeowner's and auto insurance again, even though we had some reservations based on our experience with our previous policy. However, we worked with Shelby at Chris Hard's office throughout the mortgage process and she has been absolutely fantastic in working with our lender, who was not very good, and looking for discounts for us for both homeowners and auto insurance. She has been incredibly responsive, personable, down-to-earth, and just a pleasure to work with. We're glad we stuck with State Farm and we're glad to see other

We are new to the Colorado Springs area. My wife got into an accident when her SUV slid on the ice and crashed her front wheel into the road curve. The team at Chris Hard's office was very helpful and responsive to this unfortunate incident. They had an adjuster out to the auto repair shop quickly and were continually in communication throughout then entire claims process. This was comforting and stress-free. We are very happy with our decision to go with State Farm and this team.

This is an outstanding State Farm Office. We recently moved to Colorado Springs and I first met with Chris regarding our policies. She was very helpful, made suggestions and took the time to understand our needs. While finalizing our auto insurance, I worked with Shelby and she went above and beyond to help me not only with insurance but also with the out of state licensing process, including lining up our VIN verification for us.
