The manager Lizeth kept my name on a month to month contract after my 1yr contract was over and I no longer lived in the complex. My ex wife stayed in the apartment and because she doesnt qualify for the apartment the manager thought it was a good idea to keep me on the contract as a favor to my ex wife without notifying me. When I found out and called her she told me there was nothing she could about it... I been trying to call corporate but it just goes to voicemail.. i would appreciate it if someone higher would help me resolve this issue..

Love living here, I rent above the leasing office, the “VIP” if you will lol
Never had any issues regarding parking or criminal activity, most of the folks living here are active military.
I have a dog named Cali, and he loved it here, loved running through the small creek that runs through the complex.
Now I know most places have pools, but it’s a huge plus when it’s HEATED! The BBQ area is spacious and has plenty of tables to eat.
Last but not least, management was amazing when I moved in, $500 deposit and I was in!

I have been living at Stone Creek Apartments since June of 2018 and I must say that I am pleased with the complex. The staff are heavenly and very helpful. The units are spacious and are very beautifully in the inside. Large balconies and the neighbors are chilled. It's home away from home. I would recommend that you all check them out and tell them Donte Malloy referred you. They also offer a sweet deal where you receive a month free of rent.
