Had a great experience at E and M today. They took me right in ( it is first come first served) . They showed me the issue said they could fix in in 45 minutes. It took a bit longer but I was totally ok with the longer wait to have it done in the same day. She offered some other ideas for my 11 year old car and I will definitely be back. Thanks for great customer service and fixing my car. Highly recommend E and M!!

I would not take my car here they are just going to try to get the most money out of you as they can! It’s fraud and wrong what they are doing. I took my car for one thing and it turned to a bunch of other things. When I went to pick up my car the lady told me it was making a noise and I shouldn’t worry because it wasn’t urgent. She made it sound like it was wear and tear on something minor. But the next day it was making a horrible sound from the engine where they were working on the car. And I took it back because I knew it was something that they did otherwise why would she warn me about

I have a warning do not take your vehicle here. They charge ridiculous prices and then they call to tell you something else is wrong with your car so you spend more money than you have to and then they mess with your car so you have to take it back and get more work done. So I took my car in to fix the break lights and they charged me $300 to change a sensor. Later my car was having trouble starting so I took it back thinking they were reliable because they were being nice to me. But then what was supposed to be done turned into something else. I needed my breaks done so I said they can do it.

I have to write this review to WARN EVERYONE about this place E&M MUFFLER AND AUTO REPAIRS. PLEASE Please do yourself a favor and if you take your vehicle to this place make sure you compare prices. I took my vehicle for Shock & Strut, Stabilizer Bar control, outer tie rods at first I was concern of the POOR QUALITY WORK and price over $2200 but BELIEVE me the BIGGEST problem this place has is when they take your $$$ and you call to speak with the manager with questions/concerns of the work that was done, This individual unfortunately only has a TITLE a legid manager Ensures a safe, secure

I dropped off my car at 11:30 am and was told it would be on the lift in a few minutes. I did not get a call back until 3 pm and was asked what car i had and why it was there. Then I'm told they will call back in a couple minutes. 45 minutes later i call back and now they don't answer. Many people recommended this place but with them not having the decency to call me back or give me any information on my car, i think ill take my business where its appreciated

Came in as a walk in to see if they could fix the broken hangers on my exhaust and they didn’t disappoint and got me in right away. Staff was super helpful and they had great pricing compared to most shops. 10/10 I will be coming back for a custom exhaust soon!

I was recommended to Manny & Hector by a friend of mine. I dropped my car off because my front brakes were squealing. They were very prompt, professional and very reasonable. They did an amazing job in a very short time. I will definitely refer them to everyone and anyone I know looking to get their car fixed. They were awesome!!

I came in to have my aftermarket exhaust installed and I was very satisfied with the work done. The shop is very clean and they got me in and out in without any issues. They made sure to double check fitment with me along the way and that was very appreciated. Good honest work is hard to find these days and I’m sure glad I found them! Thanks for the professionalism.

I would give a negative star if I could! Was told one price when I dropped car off, than when we went to pick it up they charged almost $200 more! The man at the front desk was rude and combative, they also lost two lug nuts and told me they where missing when I brought car in, like I wouldn't notice that! I would rather that the bus than bring my car there!!!

First, the price changed from the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up. The main guy, not sure what his name is, quoted me one price and said it was the out the door price. Then when I went to pick up the car, the price I was told was more expensive. He said he had to charge taxes, but he said a cheaper price when I dropped it off, which included taxes.
Whatever, no big deal, taxes, I get it. Its frustrating because he literally said, "Yes, $160 our the door," which insinuates taxes are included
