DeeDee the Property Manager is such a pleasure to do business with. She's always attentive and understanding to your needs. We needed a place to move to in a short time period and DeeDee accommodated us and got us moved in.
The service team is very efficient too. We have always had our service requests completed in a timely manner. The upgraded features The Landing has installed to every apartment is a nice touch! Ring doorbells, smart thermostats, parcel pending, etc.
This community is not large but it worked perfect for our family's needs and the kids enjoyed the pool in the summer time.

I am so happy Monarch toke over. They have made several positive changes the past several months. The property manager Dee-Dee is a god sent angel, I'm so happy she is here. She has always made sure if there was anything I needed that it got taken care of quickly. If I have a concern she addresses it and she has always made me feel welcomed. Dee-Dee deserves employee of the month for Monarch and a huge bonus, she is the only reason why I renewed my lease along with the positive changes made here as well. My husband and I are currently stationed here for the next two years. We both came all the way from Idaho, so moving here was a huge change for both of us. However the second we moved into these apartments, we have never felt more at home. Dee-Dee was the most amazing person to us and helped us with absolutely everything we needed. She is very organized and efficient with how she does her job. On top of that, if we ever need anything or have any questions, she is so quick to respond and take care of the situation.
