It has been a great experience staying in plainview, with respect to facility , management and wonderful maintenance and service. I have to say, Maintenance and service requests were attended promptly either same day or next day.
Keep up this as it is one of the best service I have received in very many places I had lived.

I lived here for a few months between major moves. I wish I could have stayed here for good! The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. The neighborhood is quiet, and I appreciated living within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Whenever I needed anything, the staff were helpful. Maintenance usually came by within a few hours after I placed a request. If I come back to Louisville, I would be happy to live here again!

These apartments are very nice and clean. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. neighbors are friendly. I haven't heard or seen any violence or crime. I feel safe living here. Any time I had a problem or questions the office staff were very helpful. Anytime i needed anything fixed or repaired maintenance staff would handle it immediately. Excellent service! Highly recommend!!

Very nice apartments. I can tell though that the person before me owned a cat unfortunately. Along with there is a $25 dollar a month trash fee, but that includes "valet trash removal". Which means if you place a trash bag outside of your apartment at certain times during the day someone will come grab it for you.

I have lived in many apartments and Plainview is by far my favorite!! When I moved in, the apartment was absolutely spotless and smelled so good. Throughout my time living there maintenance was so responsive and just so nice. The staff is so kind and the amenities are awesome. I was so sad when I found out my job was taking me out of town and I had to move out. Plainview always has a place in my heart! I strongly recommend it!

I would definitely recommend Plainview apartments to anyone looking for a new place to call their home. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is very attentive to issues that may arise. The apartments are very spacious and some even come with a washer and dryer which was a plus. I feel safe here and never has any issues. Plenty of parking in each area. The neighborhood is very peaceful, never hear my neighbors and everyone follows the quiet hours. The gym and pool are kept in great condition and if their are ever issues they get fixed quickly. Definitely the best decision I made

It's been more than six years I am living here in Plainview apartment. It has always been great pleasure while staying here. I enjoyed my stay with a pleasant pool view in a green serenity. Rent is also commendable with respect to others in same market. I never had any issues with maintenance. The entire team is very proactive and supportive. Any issues with daily living, maintenance team is just a phone call away at any point of time even in an adverse weather condition.

I lived in Plainview for 6 years in 3 separate apartments: 1 bed on Lime Spring, 2 bed on Whetstone, 1 bed on Lime Spring. The apartments are nice and large, maintenance staff is very prompt about fixing issues, pool and gym are really nice, I rarely had problems with the staff.
The only real complaint is how much they increase the rent for renewing your lease EVERY year. My 1 bedroom rent went from $700 in the first year to $1000 in my last year which eventually was simply too much and no longer worth it.

Renters Beware!! I read reviews on apartments and usually end up with the opinion that the renter was at fault for whatever they were upset about... but not Plainview.. The apartments are nice, its the management that is shady.. Do not expect to get any of your deposit back, and don't rely on getting info from the apartment about changes in policy... The people that work their are under-qualified and young and have no interest in keeping renters happy or up to date on policy's that could change the price of your rent check... Their are much more honest apartments out there... Avoid Plainview

I lived at Plainview Apartments for a year and a half. We had moved into Lime Spring way which I assume are the new units. Our unit was on the first floor. My experience here was great. I loved the apartment. The maintenance crew was good. They did shut off water very often; at least twice a month for maintenance. But we were notified in advance so we plan our schedule accordingly. The rent was a little expensive but it was worth. It is a huge apt. Gym and pool is good. However, they have increased the rent a lot more now which makes me wonder if it is really worth that much after all.

I then told the woman that I would be contacting an attorney to handle the situation further. After hanging up with the woman at Plainview I decided that I should also contact the Better Buisness Bureau to hopefully help keep someone else from going through what I had gone through, something I wish I had checked myself before I moved in to Plainview. I filed my complaint stating everything I have stated in this review and it was not long before I heard back from Plainview regarding the situation.
