I have lived at BC apartments for about 3 years and would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and affordable place to live. The staff are exceptional and treat you like a friend. I have had a couple of maintenance issues over the years, which have been quickly addressed- literally within 30 mins to an hour, depending on the situation. The complex is community focused- having events like a hot cocoa bar during the holidays and even collects items for back to school and holidays, to donate.

I was recommended this apartment complex by numerous friends when I started looking and there's a reason why. The Bicycle Club has been the most professional, efficient, and helpful one out of all of them. Amanda has been nothing but great to me and my brother before, during, and after the move. It is very noticeable that they are invested and dedicated to making our time here a wonderful experience.

I have had rented with 3 different apartment company’s before moving here. I’ve been here over 3 years now and let me tell you, this is the best experience renting that I have EVER had. Most apartment complexes I have not enjoyed living at and had several negative experiences at. In my time at bicycle club they answer any maintenance issue almost immediately, I have any communication replied to within the next day, and have never had issues with any other rowdy residents. Moved in here over a month ago. The staff has been amazing and if I had any problems (which were small) there were addressed in less than a timely fashion. Reading some of these bad reviews I dont know what happened to them but I defiantly have not had any of those issues. Parking has been easy, the laundry situation with the app has made it very easy to do, its quiet as can be and I have an amazing view and have seen many of deer out my back door.

This was my first apartment/complex, and I lived here for two years. I have had nothing short of an amazing experience with Bicycle Club. The only reason I'm moving out is because I'm moving in with my boyfriend who just bought a house. All my service requests were responded to within one business day, every single staff member i came in contact with was courteous and professional, I had an issue with another resident once and it was handled discreetly and quickly. Jennifer in the front office especially has gone out of her way multiple times to help me with various things. I seriously cannot say

My fiance & I have been here for about 5 years now & we absolutely love it! So close to everything you could need or want..location is amazing & the staff are great! The maintenance team takes care of everything from checking smoke detectors to shoveling & salting everyone's stairs. We never have to worry about doing any of it, not even cleaning our fireplace! They've helped us out so much & replaced anything we have had any issues with. We highly recommend Bicycle Club!

I very recently moved a family member into the apartments here. Everything from day one with the office staff has been wonderful! Jennifer and Lexi have been so friendly and extremely helpful! Apartment is older, but well maintained. The couple of maintenance issues we had at move in were addressed immediately! Maintenance staff was also very friendly and professional. Apartments are very quiet and feel quite safe. We are pleased so far with our choice!

I lived in this complex for 5 years and I ended up having to fix most problems myself. I spent the first year or so with no AC at all. After several calls to the office I was finally told at the end of the summer that my condenser would be replaced. Then I was told that it would take a week to install. At no point in this process were we offered a suplimental unit to keep the apartment cool. I am an HVAC technician and I can say that it definitely does not take a week to install one condenser even if you have to replace the furnace and line-set. After getting the AC replaced after months of $400

My daughter has lived at Bicycle Club 2 years. Although I found it safe, she had a water leak(living on ground floor)) this summer in her clothes closet that they quickly addressed but around 2 months ago began to make all her clothes smell like mildew... so I thought it was from the leak this summer. She moved out and in with me because I couldn't stand even visiting her the smell was that bad.
Went to the office and just like that.. same day BJ maintenance guy was here assessed the problem and said it was a water leak from the bathroom.

I have lived here for 2 years and would live here even longer if the rent didn't go up every time we renewed our lease. My neighbors are quiet, I feel safe having packages left at my door when I am not home, and our parking situation is great. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, they are always at my apartment the next day to fix it and they leave a nice notes when they are done. Not a lot of aparments have real wood fireplaces so that is a big perk to us. Everyone that works at bicycle club is so friendly and they always put on cute events for the complex. I chose Bicycle Club mainly due to how I was initially received by the management staff and the fact that they are a *non smoking* property. The rent was very competitive and the selection of different types of units was impressive. There are two reasons why it was a no-brainer for me to renew my lease: 1. The management staff here is second to none. They treat me like I'm their one and only client and remember my name. If I ever have a problem, it is resolved almost immediately. 2. The maintenance staff here do an excellent job of keeping the property looking great, as well as making sure everything

My fiancé and I have lived here for 5 months and we love it. The people in the office are sweet and accommodating; I could write pages of wonderful things about how helpful they are, but then my review would be TLTR. Suffice it to say, if you have questions they not only help you, they smile and ask about your family. It feels like they care. Anytime we've filed a maintenance request someone is in our apartment THAT DAY. We've not had any problems with bugs, rodents, mold, or noise. And they allow pets (with a few restricted animals). Our time here has been wonderful.

The apartments seemed okay at first but as time passed the place has become dishonest. If your basing any of you decision on the swimming pool don't 2 years in s row it's been down for repairs for months of the summer period. The rent goes up 75 dollars every year . They nickel and dime you at every chance. Most the lower units have water issues leaking through the floor during rains .

Our cabinets were dusty upon move in. Vents were painted over instead of cleaned and dusted. Cabinets are coming off of the wall. The countertop is coming up in the kitchen. The kitchen sink had build up that was never cleaned and it wasn't placed correctly. The bathtub was never caulked, so there was mildew and mold coming out when we showered.
They did put "new" carpet and vinyl in, so that was nice. They also hired a new maintenance guy who is awesome and actually fixes stuff. The ladies in the office are great, so that is a plus. Hopefully under new management things will get

I moved in June 2015. Great location but very overpriced. I pay $650 and I have all original appliances which either break every few months (oven) or don't get things clean (dishwasher). My electric bill is very high due to the poor installation of the original doors and windows. My door has a whole on the weather stripping and has never been fixed. No storage, very little counter space in the kitchen, and very old appliances. The bedroom and walk in closet is a great size and the area is great. For this price, I think there should at least me laundry in each unit.
