When I decided to start offering a new trailer line here at Hitchin' Post Trailers, LLC we knew exactly the type of brand we wanted to represent. Being active in this community and an avid horseman, I only wanted to offer a brand I knew I would be confident and proud to haul my horse in.
As booming as our repair shop is, I didn't want to sell a customer a trailer and see it in my shop for frustrating malfunctions such as hinges breaking, windows falling out or horse damage from having a traumatic hauling experience in a less than par built trailer.I knew with this idea in mind the only brand I wanted to offer was 4 Star Trailers.

A valid driver's license and insurance policy for the tow vehicle is required for horse trailer rental. Renter/Driver must be 25 years of age or older. Towing vehicle must be of sufficient size, and with necessary components such as a strong towing receiver, drop hitch, electrical wiring (7-way), and towing ball (2 5/16).

Stopped in to look at and order 4 star horse trailers. The lady at the counter stated they had no inventory and company they order from is booked out for over a year. Was very dismissive and appeared to be bothered to answer questions. Gave no information on possible other places may have what we are looking for.

I've always had a pleasant experience shopping here and using their services. They're fairly priced, conveniently located, and quick in their work while maintaining a high standard. They also a have fantastic consignment shop for tack and apparel and have fairly priced new stuff as well! This is the place to shop if you're looking for something specific. They can always special order as well!

We brought our trailer in to them about 18 months ago. We did have so rust on the tongue and under the trailer. We paid to have the rust ground off and then painted with a rust resistant product. Today the rust is back so we called them. That asked if we would bring the trailer in so two days later we did. When we arrived they asked why we came and they came out and looked at the trailer. They then said sorry it looks like road debris. So not only did they not stand behind their work they wasted our time, they should have just asked for a picture. They never planned to correct the product.

I am very pleased with the professional and courtesy service I received at Hitchin’ Post Trailers, LLC. Ashley and her staff answered my questions promptly and made sure we were on the same page when I had work done on my trailer so there were no misunderstandings with craftsmanship or pricing. I had an aluminum ramp installed on my Exiss Horse Trailer. Ashley made sure of the dimensions so it would not cover up my tail lights and the ramp looks great. I asked for the spring loaded latches and she made sure those were put in place of the latches sent. I took my Exiss back a second time and had
