Critical: Professionalism
Customer service actually does not know how to do their jo. Especially front desk worker Liz. Don’t waste your time because Liz will deliberately ignore your calls. Just to say “we get a million phone calls a day”! Sounds like a lie for some mud customer service. -5/10 would not recommend

Today I got my nails done here at Alpha. My experience was extremely professional and I love my nails. I had the pleasure of working with Michelle who was my technician, she did an exceptional job at making sure I liked the work she was doing. She was also extremely friendly and talked with me almost the whole time! I had called a made an appointment a day prior and was seated after waiting less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!!

I got my nails done by ANGIE and the first time she did my nails for my best friends wedding was so pretty but the second time I got my nails done for my baby shower she did such a horrible job… she was rushing, the side of my nails were NOT painted all the way through even though she told me it was going to be fixed after she finished. Nope she lied. It was not fixed. I still saw clear nails. Its like she forgot to do nails because they were not thick like the first time I got my nails done with her. Like come on girl it was my baby shower! Didn’t tip her and didn’t feel bad. I guess they

They were very quick to take me in and sit me down. My tech was Cheyenne (I don’t know how it was spelled) she was very nice and respectful, I recommend her 😊 did a very well job and I’m very happy with the results, it’s exactly what I wanted. There was no discomfort and at no point did I feel uncomfortable. They explain everything well and walk you through their prices without confusion. I recommend this place it’s nice and quiet with such a chill vibe. Satisfied customer 😆

Good for pedicure, got a basic pedicure and was disappointed. I got a lighter color and they didn’t do enough coats, I can still see my nail beds. The polish was also clearly old and did that weird streaky bubbling thing that cheap/old polish does. I’m going to have to remove the polish once I’m home. Would not recommend.
