Services
All home inspections are designed with the buyer in mind. We do not schedule more than 2 inspections per day, usually one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Each inspection takes on average 3-4 hrs depending on the condition of the home. Homes that are new or vacant may take a little less time.
Travis was a great inspector. I really did not trust the realtor to help with a home inspector that would be there for us. He came out and got on the roof and in the attic and found a broken truss. He advised me as to how a truss contractor would repair the truss and sure enough, that's how the engineer repaired it.

I work on a real estate team and have experienced hundreds of inspections. This was the best one I've experienced by far. Travis was responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to provide good service. He was responding and working at all hours of the day and evening, and gave me a thorough breakdown via phone call of my inspection report and great advice on how to address the issues that came up. I felt like he was very honest as well. I will look nowhere else for my future deals!

SO many good things to say, but I'll start with how very thorough Travis was inspecting our new potential home. From the very bottom of the house to everything in between and the top, EVERYTHING was inspected. The way they do the inspection report is also very efficient and easy to decipher. The BEST part though, was any questions I had, Travis was VERY patient and thorough with his explanations. I must have called him 5 times after the inspection report with questions and/or his advice. Recommend this company to anyone 100% !

Travis was AMAZING! He did the whole home inspection on our upcoming purchase was great. We had tons of questions and he was more than happy to answer them. He explained everything to us as well as recommended some changes we could make that would help improve our home. His prices were extremely reasonable. I can't thank you enough Travis!

I really did not trust the realtor to help with a home inspector that would be there for us. He came out and got on the roof and in the attic and found a broken truss. He advised me as to how a truss contractor would repair the truss and sure enough, that's how the engineer repaired it.
His thermal camera found a leak and he also found a breaker that was too big for the air conditioner.
I will recommend you to co-workers and family.
