Took my car in for check engine light, and noise in the back under back right wheel, charged me $475.00 to change my shocks. My car is not fixed and needs an alignment. Individual told me alignment not needed got in my car and I drove off. Car still makes noise. Check engine light is still on. Had my car for 3 days. I cant say that it was cheap, or… fast. I will say that I am asking him to complete at least one job and now he is charging me $60.00 for an alignment which I will have to drop off car again for it to be outsourced to someone who has a working machine. Frank is nice. Job done

One of the worst shops around. The owner Frank is completely devoid of any respect or courtesy. They will not keep their deadlines nor will they apologize for their mistakes/ delays. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. The owner here will lie and disrespect you. It IS hard to find a dependable shop.

Spent An Hour Here Getting A Oil Changer, Seems A Bit Long For My Vehicle Being The Only One There. The Part That Bothered Me Is The Constant Cursing And Use Of The N Word. I Get Having A Good Time On The Job, But To Be This Unprofessional Was Very Shocking. Only The Mechanics Had Uniforms, The Cashier Had On A Regular T Shirt. They Had Friends In The Shop Area So Its Hard To Tell Who Actually Works There. I Will Never Come Back Here Again.

Went here because I was recommended by a friend and it was well worth it! It took a while for me to get my car fixed about 6 hours, but it was worth it because I had to fix many things to my car for it to pass inspection. Frank helped me throughout and he even lowered the prices for me and he is truly great at what he does. I would recommend everyone to go here if they have a problem with their car.

I just moved to town and was nervous about finding a shop to work on my Mercedes. Then I needed an oil change. I got several quotes on Yelp and their owner seemed the most honest and fair-priced. Even allowed me to purchase my own oil and filter to save me money! Thank you Frankie and Greg for all of your help and hard work today!! The service was wonderful. I'll definitely be back to see you when my SUV needs anything!

My dealings with this shop have left me re repairing the work done and in both interactions they called me mid job to raise the price of what they were doing. The owner also double charged for labor charged ridiculous markups on parts and refused to honor his warranty. They are not to be trusted be warned I don't believe this to be a predatory business!

My brother told me about this shop and he has been bringing my parent's vehicles here as well. They've always been honest and never over charged or tried to sneak things into what they do. That's a big fear when it comes to shops, dishonesty and deceit and they're the total opposite of that. I recommend them to any and everyone who needs a simple oil change to major mechanical repair!

After hitting other shops off of Hwy 6 and Clay and feeling a little bit of the creep factor, I was relieved to walk in to Advance Automotive and be greeted by friendly people. I was drawn in by a banner for a $14.95 oil change, they took care of my car and didn't try to sell me anything else.
I went back for an inspection and another oil change and was in and out before I knew it. Both times I've gone it's been towards the end of the day, I didn't feel
