Bill did a great job looking at two commercial buildings for me. He was prompt, professional and thorough. I shared the reports with the Seller and the Seller agreed to address the issues. They did not push back on anything in the report. I also appreciated that Bill spent time with me on site the day of the inspection and took the time to explain things to me. I highly recommend him.

Bill is an extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable and experienced home inspector. The inspection report he provided to us was clear, comprehensive and detailed. He is the most top-notch home inspector we have worked with in the Orlando area. But, even so, that is not what sets Bill apart. A full two years after performing his inspection, I contacted Bill regarding some concerns I had about the possibility of needing to add more roof venting in order to more efficiently cool the home. First off Bill came out within 1 hour of my phone call to do a 4 point inspection of the house I am purchasing when I thought it would take days to get an appointment. Then he recommended another inspection that the insurance company did not say that I needed but ended up saving me $300 per year on my home owners insurance quote! Then the insurance company had a special request on the inspection that Bill was not required to do but he did it anyway to make sure I was taken care of and did not charge me extra!

We used Bill and Shane for our home inspection for a property we were interested in purchasing from out of state. Bill and Shane did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price! They showed up even before we did and started on the outside so by the time we arrived, they were done and had the outside verbal report for us before continuing on the inside of the home. Had Bill do a home inspection on a home I’m trying to buy. The report was easy to read, and thorough. Great value, charged $250 for home inspection, and I’ll get a discount later when I order a wind mitigation and 4-point inspection through him (quoted at $100, down from $150). Communication was good, he actually answers his phone, and sent me the report the next day. I recommend him!
