APLUS is all about family, we are a close-knit community that support and care for each other. Students not only train here they bulid close strong relationsips. Which leads to life long friendships. We use the best training methods for working with youths ages 3 to TEEN.

The training program and exercises consider critical factors in a child's developmental stage, motor functioning, and gender-specific considerations to ensure that the workouts do not hinder development and growth.Regardless of the sport, you will have ready-to-use programs for both short-term and long-term maturation.
Services
APLUS Programs are an alternative to childcare for your school-aged child. Specifically developed for ages 4-14. Physical fitness gives your child the balance they need to be able to build focus and concentration for school to improve grades and study habits. It also gives your child the courage to become more active in school and in their community.
At this level student will be introduced to social skills and physical development along with school readiness, working in small groups. Students will focus on motor skills, attention span, beginning martial arts, early sports and fitness skills. Our Tiny & Mini Knights will go through may skills to wake up their young bodies and minds, developing these skills will take practice for each student to develop at their own pace.
There are many reasons martial arts might be a good match for young athletes who learn and think differently. Here are nine benefits. They work toward specific goals. Some athletes who learn and think differently feel like they never "win" at anything. In martial arts, athletes perform at their own pace.
Students who have fitness training DURING THE OFF -SEASON are more physically fit, which helps THEM BECOME BETTER ATHLETES. COACHES & TEAM MOMS bring your team to train during the off-season and get our team rate also your child can train free. APLUS offers competitive games and fitness-driven activities based on the individual's skill levels.
Pick up: 4:30-6 p.m. STUDENTS MAY ENJOY SUPERVISED ACTIVITIES, ELECTRONICS, TABLE GAMES, READ BOOKS, WATCH TV, EAT SNACK, OR RELAX AFTER A LONG DAY OF FUN. Campers will have time to remember.*

Great people! The facility and program are both awesome. My daughter loves it here. She's learned so much and has come out of her shell quite nicely over the past yr and a half. Definitely recommend.

My son's have been attending A Plus for the past 5 years this place is great! Not only have my boys learned Tae Kwon Do but they also get discipline, confidence and homework assistance. I commute from pretty far to bring my kids here. Its that great!
