Straight-forward option for PCR COVID test. I appreciated that you don't have to fill out any forms, you just provide your insurance card, ID, phone number, and email. They photocopy the cards and do all the data-entry themselves.
Would be 5 stars but they didn't call us in when they were ready for us. After waiting in the car as directed for an hour we went in to check how much longer and they said it was our turn. Could have just been perfect timing?

Let me start by saying this is my first written review ever and I'm years old. The first time I went was fine. However, everytime after has been a horrible experience. I've tried to be patient with them because they're in my neighborhood but I'd rather drive 30min away just to avoid visiting this clinic again. I took a rapid COVID-19 test 2 days ago and I'm still waiting for my results. That's after waiting all most 2 hours to even be seen by the Doctor. Even then I was understanding when the Doctor explained that he hadn't taken a break all day. After waiting so long to be seen I decided not to

I didn't want to accept that this was the same office that I had visited before but my latest experience prompts me to write and warn you to be careful when dealing with this office. Anyone will be able to gain your medical information from a simple phone call. I recently went for a Covid test and shortly after that I tested positive. I wasn't given any directions as to what I should do. I had to call them and ask for a doctor's note and to get information on how long I should quarantine. My supervisor then informed me that she called and they gave out information regarding my medical note and

This doctor is extremely irresponsible and detrimental to ones health. Seven times he has left me in danger of running out of medication and going through withdrawal. He often " disappears " for days to weeks at a time, leaving no coverage for his patients. He is unable to be reached, even by his staff. I have been waiting for 48 hrs for a medication to be filled and had to rearrange travel plans on a holiday weekend. Frantic and in tears, his medical assistant smirked at me when I asked what the solution was. She told me to call the office. I was standing in the office!! His receptionist, Kenya

The staff is pleasant and courteous. Even the Doctor who is always late is nice. HOWEVER, your time is totally disregarded and disrespected. You will wait 30-45 minutes after your appointment before being processed to a room to wait another 15+ minutes. I have personally requested the Doctor to be on time and this has fallen on deaf ears. I was sent here by "The Hammer" law firm for my recovery. My total association with this office has been a joke. I would crawl on broken glass B4 coming to this Doctor's office; nice or not.

I arrived at 3:12 my appointment was at 3:15, when i walked in the receptionist was on his phone then he looked up to saw me, although he was really sweet guy. It’s now 4:44 and I’m now in the room waiting for the doctor after getting my blood pressure 20 mins ago. It’s about 6 other people waiting in the waiting room to see a doctor. Nice people but slow service

I wasnt in love with the place at first, but they are wearing on me. After coming a few times the staff is cool. The Doctors, when you can see them are very knowledgeable. I like Dr. Lincoln who is new. Dr. O is great as well. My only challenge and why I gave a low # is in the follow up. I have to call repeatedly to get something answered. I do not get return calls as promised and I was brushed off when I needed answers fast. I would like to stay here, but hope those areas would be improved.
