Mercy's drive to care for patients regardless of who they are, led her to accepting a job with the homeless shelter in DC where she provided care as a provider to the patient.To better serve her patient population, Mercy became certified to care for patients with substance abuse problems. If I could give zero stars, I would. They have been treating my daughter for various issues, then the 'dr' lied about what tests had been performed, all while wanting to give my daughter medication that would make her situation worse. When we called to get clarification as to why she was given that particular medication and to see exactly WHAT tests were performed, we were given the run around. The next day we went on the patient portal and ALL her records were gone. I dont know what this nurse practitioner is doing in that office but they need to be shut down. These health issues need personalized

As a person in the medical field, I value quality care and service. I would say I got decent care and service when I went to Akachi Care. But I should have known from the rush to take a lunch break by the phlebotomist and the adding of unnecessary lab tests, this wasn't going to be the best experience. I never even had a physical exam. My health information was charted incorrectly in the EMR. After my appointment, I was told I would be called and provided with very important lab results soon after. Over 2 months later and I still don't know what any of those results are. No calls, no response to
