Beautiful apartment after remodeling. Great location. New management it seems every few months. They do this really cool thing where when your 12 month lease is up they raise your rent by 10%!
The wife and I are 10 months in, never late on rent and were hoping they would give us a break on rent or at least not raise it. Now we have to move and they get to lose a great tenant. Not very smart business tactics if you ask me..
If your neighbors are obnoxiously loud, prepare for war because management doesn’t care. Our neighbors move their furniture around like their apartment is a dang transformer

If you want to be completely miserable and abosultely HATE where you live, deal with miscommunication, and live in a terrible Camp, this is the place for you!
From the first moment when they stole my holding fee, I realized I should stay away from this community. Better lose the saddle than the horse. Don't even think about talking to them, you will regret it 100%.

Thank you kindly, wonderful, pleasant, sweet, gracious, kind gal to give me info about this property. If I was to live here, and I would want to take a tour first in person, it would be to live in the newly added apartments a couple years ago. I would hopefully consider this as a viable option for a place to live in the future, thanks again.
