Services
Pilates (pronounced puh-lah-teez and not pie-lates) is similar to yoga but emphasizes your body's core - the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh, butt, and so on. For this reason, Pilates develops much of what exercisers need - strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture - with a much lower chance of injury than with other forms of exercise.
Sign up for Virtual Classes! We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 8 people so everyone can have the individual attention they need. You must sign up for the class using our online schedule. Pilates is excellent for strengthening the core muscles, arms and legs.

Irene brings Pilates to a whole new level with her various core combo classes. Her personality and knowledge of Pilates makes Pilates Core Arena the place to go in the Village of Wellington. Whether you are a beginner or advanced there is always something tailored just for in the workouts. Despite being in a class of 5 people each class feels like it is a private because of her undivided attention she gives to each of her clients.

Have been away from pilates trying other activities and came back recently. I decided to try Core Arena and am so glad I did. I am getting a diversified workout and loving it. The instruction and the guidance for correct movement of the exercise is invaluable when it comes to pilate and tht is what you get at Core Arena. Irene is very knowlegable and professional. I highly recommend you give it a try and not just once. Pilates is a foundational approach to the entire body fitness and builds over time. It's is not your typical gym workout and over time the results are amazing.
