At Pilates and You, we accomplish this by staying true to the principles embodied by Joseph Pilates. A strong emphasis is placed on alignment, breathing, and strengthening your core to lead to improved coordination and balance.

Pilates is a full body, resistance based training program. We use springs and body weight exercises to develop a strong core and condition the whole body. The main benefit of Classical Pilates is that it can be tailored to your individual needs. Classical Pilates is a low-impact workout that can be tailored to your individual needs.

I recently discovered this Pilates Studio and it is truly amazing! Rachel made me feel so comfortable from the start. I have some medical restrictions and she expertly modified my program. I would recommend this studio without hesitation.
