Students will learn the Classical and Progressive approach (East Coast & West Coast) to Pilates all in one program. With a regular Pilates program, we feel better, we move better, we breathe better, we sleep better, we digest our food better.

Pilates will strengthen your core muscles and your deep back muscles, helping you achieve relief for your back pain. Where the 'MY' means you! You will feel safe and comfortable working with our highly qualified instructors. The Magic Circle is used to challenge your balance and your core. Joseph Pilates has the distinction of being the inventor of the magic circle. While we often hear fitness circle, exercise ring, fitness ring, magic circle is still the preferred name in Pilates. It is said that Joseph Pilates made the first magic circle.
You are about to embark in a new adventure, a new journey in your life towards fitness, better health, better posture and better life choices. You may not know what all the Pilates equipment is called when you first start your classes if you are new to Pilates. That is just fine. You are among friends at My Pilates Wellington.
Please give 4 hours advanced notice if you must cancel or change any scheduled appointments. If you fail to cancel your appointment, or do not show, you will be charged $10 for a NO SHOW FEE. Please notify your trainer or a staff member if you are experiencing any difficulty with your program or on-line scheduling.
My Pilates with Master Teacher Elena Miller is proud to offer Pilates Sports Center Teacher Training program. The PSC (Pilates Sports Center) program is an Internationally recognized program with a Cutting Edge Approach to Pilates Teacher Training.

My Pilates, an affiliate of PSC, teaches a contemporary approach to the method developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s; one that preserves the essence of the original technique but incorporates today's knowledge and principals.Small class sizes and high contact hours with review and anatomy provided.
My Pilates offers many PMA pre-approved CEC workshops throughout the year. If you have any questions, comments or clarifications, please call or email and will will be happy to assist, thank you. All modulars meet 2 times weekly for approximately 3-4 hours each, this allows rest and retention time for the material as well as time for practice.

It’s always intimidating going into a new workout class or starting a new routine but Elena never made made me feel anything less than comfortable. I started when I was 9 weeks pregnant and she was so accommodating and knowledgeable about what I should or shouldn’t do. I also highly recommend if you have any back or hip pain because it’s better than going to the chiropractor! Thanks Elena 😊

I started going to My pilates last winter. I have neck and back issues and needed a low impact workout. I am so grateful to have found this place. Abi is amazing! She is always mindful of my injuries and I can truly say my muscle tone and flexibility have improved drastically. The place is clean, both her and Elena are professional and I always feel good when I leave. The only pilates studio I would recommend. Thank you, ladies!

This class is great. It may be low impact in movements but not in workouts.. You will get excellent stretching, core workouts, and balance. So glad I checked this out. My body is thanking me..

I haven’t been able to take Pilates classes for about a year because of an accident I had but it was like coming home. I felt absolutely great after taking my first class and totally looking forward to my future classes. I would highly recommend My Pilates to anyone who was wants to build up course strength, Elena and Abby are absolutely wonderful instructors.

I have been going to MyPilates Wellington for years and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their health. It not only improves your flexibility but I have found that it helps with medical issues. In my case it helped with old injuries from frozen shoulders and a foot issue. I have also witnessed others with knee issues and the improvements they had. Elena is the best instructor I have known. She is extremely knowledgeable on what positions best help with any issue her clients may have. But best of all she makes you feel at home and you look forward to attending classes. Thank you

I love this studio. A very well spent hour you can do for yourself in a welcoming, and harmonious place. I started Pilates here during my pregnancy. Thanks to Elena’s classes I was in the best form and had a wonderfully easy and happy pregnancy.
