Stefanie was amazing! She helped me purchase a home in the middle of a pandemic and helped me feel informed and confident, despite travel restrictions making it impossible for me to set foot in the home before making an offer. She set up countless zoom calls to answer my questions, put me in touch with a great lender, attended my inspection so I could FaceTime with the inspector, and even set up FaceTime tours of the home. All around a great experience that led to me owning an amazing home.

I had a somewhat condensed window to find a place on top of a busy work schedule and they both rolled with it - lining up some marathon showing days, answering all of my questions, and giving me great insight(s) - as a first time home buyer, I was full of questions.
I was prepping my offer over the holidays and that did not stop them from reaching out and advocating for me. When the offer was accepted through the inspection and closing process they were genuinely happy for me.

We have both bought and sold a home with Jenny Apel, and cannot say enough good things about her. With our first home, she was the listing agent and we were so drawn to her professionalism and demeanor (a big contrast to our previous realtor), when we decided to sell and upgrade to a larger family home, we just knew we had to have her as our realtor. She asks great questions, puts herself in her customers' shoes, and gets a real sense of your priorities, style, needs, must haves, nice to haves, and so on.
From that, you get a highly curated, selective list of potential options you're very likely to want to tour if not make an offer on quickly.
My experience with other realtors has been more like flooding you with junk and leaving you to find the possible needle in the haystack. Not Angelica

Jill and Stef were great to work with. I was in the market to purchase in Denver for over 2 years. My search started when I was still living in NYC. Wish I hadn't fallen for the hype - this choice cost me dearly. I took their advice on pricing and they took 4 months and made 4 price drops to sell my newly renovated condo in West Highlands, prime location on Highlands Square. I ended up getting 40k under initial asking, and due to the delay paid an additional 8k in rent. I had to force them to drop their commission and they resisted and complained about it. Find a hungry agent elsewhere.

My wife and I have worked with Nostalgic Homes three times over the past decade or so. Every time has been amazing. The team at Nostalgic, specifically Jenny Apel and Corey Wadley, have an invaluable knowledge of the Highlands neighborhood, the various architectures of its homes and its vast history.
