I hired this companyas I was impressed with their presentation on the technology they used for home inspections regarding the foundation and insulation of my new home. I've seen home inspections conducted before and I was not impressed with this one as a lot was missed. Again I just wanted more in depthon the foundation and installation of my home as I was getting up to my one year anniversary on my new home. Long story short my master bathroom had an upgrade of $3,500 for a walk-in shower. The inspector noticed a little girl missing on one of the tiles but failed to see the entire top wall of

I was a first time home buyer that was needing a home inspection and needed a trusted, high quality professional; I was referred to Mr. Kenny who was exactly that. He showed up early, had a long checklist of everything to look at and saved me money in the end by pointing out repairs needed before closing. Mr. Kenney is rude, lacking integrity and professionalism. Hired Sherlock Inspection in Sun City Center, FL to inspect the house I was giving consideration to purchase. It wasn't until I actually moved in that I became aware of the many, many problems that might have otherwise alerted me not to buy this house. Mr. Kenney failed to inform us of the following:
- sprinkler system does not work (upon questioning why we were not informed, he told us he does
not check sprinkler systems).
- open gaps between windows and walls. When we moved in we hired a handyman who pointed out

Tom inspected our home for insurance purposes. We live near the water and our insurance company would not renew our policy unti it was inspected. Tom was very thorough. His final report was exactly what was needed to satisify the insurance company. He also found some items (that we did not know we had) that even reduced our premium. Lastly this great service was done at a fair price!

Tom Kenney of Sherlock's Home Inspections performed inspection of a unit I was considering purchasing. I relied on my real estate agent's recommendation since I was unable to be present and unfamiliar with who was reputable in the area. I am in the process of ascertaining whether or not Mr. Kenney is properly licensed and qualified to do the work for which he is paid. Upon arrival to my newly purchased home, I did notice a number of issues I wish I had been informed of. None involved safety, only added expense. However, as of Monday, I am now grievously aware that Mr. Kenney did not correctly inspect
