Interior of homes are meticulously inspected to ensure that there are no hazards that could harm you or your family. Electrical components, plumbing and air conditioning systems are inspected for safety, age, expected remaining life expectancy and functionality.

We had AEG Home Inspections over for both the pre-drywall inspection and final walkthrough inspection and we were extremely happy on both occasions. We know we will hire AEG again just before the warranties expire. John spotted many areas that the builder addressed that we would have missed. I highly recommend John and AEG Home Inspections. We hired John to do the 1st inspection of my son's home construction. He was thorough in inspecting all areas (plumbing, electrical, mechanical) and he was very professional. He knows what it takes to provide a very complete and thorough inspection only done by an expert in the business. We will hire John again for the final inspection and also before the warranty expires. We can vouch for his good work. We are happy to recommend him to anybody. He is very professional.

Thorough, reliable, dependable, reasonable, and punctual. John saved us from a terrible investment on the first home we looked at. Then, John went out of his way to help us on a last minute inspection and did a wonderful job on a house we ended up purchasing and are very happy with. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough wonderful things about John Stevens. We hired John to do a pre-drywall inspection on our new home currently under construction. The builder made John supply a mountain of paperwork within a one day time period (they would not have allowed him inside the house to inspect without the paperwork - e.g., insurance documents, etc.) and John supplied every required document. I'm sure other inspectors would have just given up and declined to do the inspection. John was very thorough in his inspection and supplied verbal feedback on the spot and delivered a thorough report including photos

Not only was John prompt and very reasonably priced but he also exceeded all my expectations during his inspection of my property. I was in need of a warranty inspection and John was highly recommended by a number of friends. He was very responsive and I was able to schedule an appointment within the week. I highly recommend AEG Home Inspections. I was on the fence whether or not to do an inspection of my new home and I am so glad I did. If you want to have complete confidence in the home you are buying, John is your guy. I recently purchased a new home and he did a great job during the final walkthrough. I wish I would've hired him during before they put up the drywall. He thoroughly investigated the whole home and found things that I didn't notice even though I visited the home very frequently throughout the entire build. Johns skills surpassed my expectations.
