DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! The owner is horrendous. I brought a garment to get dry cleaned after an event so it could be preserved in a garment bag for longevity. When I dropped off the garment it had no wear/tear or stains. When I picked up the garment it had tears and rips in the fabric, oil stains on the front and back and beading that was falling off. The owner called after I brought the garment back, he proceeded to call me a liar multiple times, said he didn’t need my business-he has enough business that he doesn’t need to “deal with me or be employed by me”, threatened to throw

CONSUMER BEWARE! This place is SUPER EXPENSIVE! I would recommend you go somewhere else unless you want to be WAY OVER CHARGED! They charged me $32.00 to dry-clean my wool coat which anyone else in town charges anywhere between $12.95 to $20.00. Also, they didn’t do a good job cleaning the coat either. When I picked up my coat from the Pepper Square Cleaners, it still had dog hair on it in several places. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I dropped a dress of for cleaning. When I went to pick up it was still dirty, as if it had not been touched. I asked if they would correct there mistake and they agreed. After coming back the second time my dress was ripped and I was met with awful customer survive. They then demanded full payment for two cleanings and threatened to call the police if I refused. I was then instructed to never return but that should not be a problem.

They were nice but I think they need a person who can iron professionally. The sleeves of my cardigan shouldn’t have been press ironed. Had to be steam ironed so the wrinkles like these could have been avoided. Also they stretched the edge of both sleeves. One of them looks twice larger than before. I have another cardigan dropped off with this one and one of its sleeves also stretched and looks larger than the other side.
