12/25 Christmas!
We had packages/gifts at the office and thought we wouldn't be able to get them until Monday. To our most pleasant surprise we found them at our doorstep with a nice card from the office staff. This was very thoughtful and kind that they took the time to deliver them personally to us on Christmas!
Little things like this make all of the difference.

We have had 2 issues going on and 1 being routine and the other being effects safety and hazard of dwelling. July in Texas Heat says it all. Air conditioner has had ongoing issues and maintenance and management have attempted however have failed to adequately fix the air conditioner. The apartment is continuously between 82-85 degrees. Now, because they are unable to fix, Calls have been made to the 24 hour maintenance call line with no response. We have tried to tell them it's the blower motor on the inside unit and they have yet to investigate that as a possibility. They have brought over filters

This place it's not really suitable for anyone unless bad management and slumlords... Is what you like! I personally did not live there but I have family who did and they would not fix anything not even get rid of the mold that soon surface after move in, AC went out and they refuse to fix it so my family members had to bring in their own portable ACs until they very, very recently they moved out, soooo see you later to this place! Lower prices doesn't mean much if the price to pay is mold, bad management and almost no maintenance!

Body is sore from moving everything in to moving everything out in 30 hours because of a roach infestation and there was a lightbulb that exploded in my face and projectile shot off the wall major water damage and the bottom of the door had a huge open crack you could put a phone camera through or hand a snake could crawl through or small mouse i even saw bugs crawl through that same crack under the front door my toilet bowl had damage and there was screws and nails on the floor when i carried some of the first stuff in before moving it imeditally out the same night i moved in was a very traumatic

Moved in yesterday and within hours realized there was a SEVERE roach infestation unlike anything I have ever seen, every corner of the apartment has them crawling up the walls, cabinets, INSIDE the fridge, and the bathrooms are completely taken over by them. Wish I was able to photograph the mass amount of them on the carpets and on every piece of furniture we moved in. This is an absolute uninhabitable nightmare and I can't believe they walked through our apartment and deemed this okay.

Have lived here for the past 3 years in 2 different apartments both different styles and floorplans. Great area around with walking trails and nicer homes nearby.
Maintenance can take a while sometimes to get back to you on work orders and things you may need. Leasing office staff are good at working with you if you have issues getting bills paid on time. Especially with covid right now.

Nothing gets fixed, windows leak like crazy in 2 different apts, been waiting since may to have a kitchen shelf fixed as it was crumbling when we moved in bathroom faucet drips constantly, and garbage disposal isn't fixed to the drain pipe so it sprays all over when you use it and still no fixed. So glad we are moving to better apts next week. can't come soon enough.

The staff has always been terrific and the management works to upgrade apartments as people move out.
I appreciate the apartment community not being large because you get to know your neighbors. That's especially fun during seasonal events by the pool, when families get together to BBQ, listen to music, dance, swim, play games and win prizes.
… The apartments are located so close to everything; like interstates, churches, schools, grocery stores, shopping malls, movies, restaurants, parks and more! It is almost walking distance to everything I would ever need.
