This place is a mess. I lived in two different units and they seemed to take care of the property at first but around March ‘21 I found black mold in my apartment and had the manager come out to look at it with a moisture gun incorrectly. I also have roaches all throughout my house despite getting pest control done (an extra charge btw). I have water damage in the kitchen due to my neighbors appliances not getting repaired correctly/ever at all despite maintenance requests being “completed”. I have had three thefts since moving units within the complex and every time I bring it up to management

So just a caution to those who want to apply here. I can not say much for the property, but I can say to the customer service and application process. For you and your spouse it cost $400. I went through the application after inquiring about a 2 bedroom, so I filled out all of the paper paid between two cards and boom done. That morning I called because there was additional paperwork that I needed to submit. They said that I was automatically declined based on credit score and debt to income ratio. Ok I understand. Wish they would had mentioned credit when I had asked about their requirements but

I lived here 3.5 years in that time I ask for them to fix sprinklers over 6 times because they were watering parking lot more than the grass. Also they informed me that they paid for pool water and watering the complex ok then. My water bill alone for one bedroom apartment was$43 to $50 a month not including trash etc. and I'm sure two and three bedroom apartments pay more. There is only 170 units x $45 average = $7650. We know they didn't pay that much a month on water bill where does that money go. Now they keep my deposit of $450 and now want me to pay over $879 now that I have out or threatened

This isn’t a good place to live. I have a sister who is getting kicked out bc she’s isn’t listed as an tenant, she has 4 kids and our parents don’t have space go for her to move in, I still live with them (we live in a 2 bedroom house). It was our understanding that she could live there with her husband as long she’s helping pay the bills/rent. If anyone with kids wants to live there, DON’T you’ll end up in the same situation as my sisters and nieces & nephews.

I'd like to begin by saying that I hate that I have to do this, but having exhausted all other appeal and dispute options save hiring an attorney, I am left to deal with a company whose corporate conscience extends to keeping up appearances on Facebook and other social media outlets.
The apartments are a fine place to live. The people are friendly and there is a good sense of community in the place. There are not enough dumpsters and trash tends
