I am the founder and owner of Perfect Form Personal Training. I have over 30 years of personal training experience as well as being well versed in the areas of nutrition and supplementation. As a trainer, I started with the goal of helping people live a better life, by helping them regain lost flexibility and mobility.

This is still my goal, with my training experience extending to individuals from every walk of life and fitness goals. Whether it's increasing strength, getting healthier, being more flexible, staying young, or toning and losing weight, your goals become the target of the program we put together. My style of training is unique in that it is extremely personalized to your body, paying close attention to detail and changes.

My mission is to make your health and fitness goals attainable, fun, and life-changing. In working with you we will discuss what your goals are, and I will customize an individual plan for you that fits your life style and needs. I can work with you one-on-one; I also can work with couples together, even if each person's fitness goals are different; Or grab a friend or two and train together.
As the adage goes, "change is inevitable." This is so true in almost all stages of our lives, including transitioning to old age. As aging begins to take its toll, it brings more and more changes to cope with such as retiring from a career, passing away of parents, living far from the children, and depending on others when it comes to health assistance.
