I am Robert Lamb owner and founder of New Found Strength Fitness and Nutrition in Temecula. As a Personal Trainer, I specialize in Corrective Exercise (CEx) so as to be able to identify your bodies improper movement patterns and compensations which cause you pain.

I love to teach and assist you in understanding your own body and its unseen compensations due to injuries (current or past) can be changed and corrected to bring you a pain free and strong body.I want you to have a new found body and you'll love it. I also am a Soft-Tissue Specialist by using the incredibly productive system of Resistance-Stretching.

You will learn the proper stretches, including Self Resistance Stretching, Self PNF Stretching, and SMR (Self Myofascial Release) techniques, including Foam Rolling.These methods will remove more tension and discomfort than you can possibly imagine. The results of these techniques will allow you to move more freely and comfortably.
Learn Self Resistance Stretching, Self PNF and Self Myofascial Release (SMR) techniques and be self sufficient. Buy 1 *Group Mobility/Flexibility Class ($10) and learn to feel physically better on your own and maintain it regularly. Buy 2 *Group Mobility/Flexibility Classes ($20) and learn more ways to feel physically better.
Resistance Stretching is a little known techique perfected 20-30 years ago by Bob Cooley and his complete style is called Resistance Flexibility Stretching Techniques, RFST. It is the world's most efficient stretching system because it is exactly how your body desires you to stretch. Resistance Stretching is even more efficient and effective than PNF stretching, Yoga, and all known and commonly taught styles of stretching.
The industry standard pricing is $80+/hour at gym locations for experienced trainers and $100+/hour at in-home locations and I will continue to stay well below that cost. Training will be purchased for each month based on total number of sessions planned for the month. Single person, -Hourly session: ( You get many perks outside of training that you will *not get with other trainers).

I had a total knee replacement in December 2018. After years of therapy and very little improvement, I found New Found Fitness and decided to give it a a try. I’m so glad that I did. I’ve seen more improvement in 6 weeks than I had over the years of physical therapy at other facilities. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. Rob is a brilliant stretch therapist and trainer. He gets you to move in new range of motion in one session giving you strength in the previous tight areas with his knowledge of the body and its correlation to the meridians. He has worked with my pro swimmers to give them both relief and opening them up in areas they felt constricted. I highly recommend Rob if your body is feeling less than optimal and would like to improve your performance.

I was referred to Rob by a friend, after trying pretty much everything under the sun to help with my back pain after having twins in my late 30's. I tried Western physical therapy, acupuncture, medication, chiropractors, diets, hypnotherapy... you name it!
Since working with him, we're getting great progress! My back pain has significantly reduced and quality of life has increased. He has a plethora of information and I've referred him to many people.

I would be lost without Rob at New Found Strength Fitness and Nutrition! I started training with him shortly after I had my last baby at age 44. Long term health and back problems had left me very weak and imbalanced physically. I was too worried of doing further harm or damage by going to a gym because I lacked the knowledge of proper techniques, yet I knew I needed to do something to be able to meet my daily physical demands. The time I’ve spent with Rob Lamb of New Found Strength has resulted in a noticeable increase in my mobility and movement abilities which was severely limited.
My limitation greatly impeded my overall mobility in exercising and daily movements. It made everything much hard that it had to be.

Rob is completely amazing - he really understands what causes joint pain, and what to do to make things soo much better. I had a knee that I had 2 operations on, and it was hurting but I didn't want more surgery - but I could tell because I was favoring it, I was walking differently, and it was even causing me back pain. He helped me to make the muscles stronger around my knee and showed me stretches to do to increase my flexibility... Thank you so much!
