I began training with Scott in August 2019 with a focus on learning how to train with and around a knee and shoulder injury. My plan was to train for 2-4 months and then continue training on my own. Once I completed my first two-month cycle, I did not want to stop!I found in Scott a trainer who genuinely cares about the objectives and goals of his clients. Scott is without a doubt the best trainer I have worked with. He really works to understand his clients, their goals, what motivates them and how to get the best out of them. I am the first to admit That working out has never really been the highlight of my week, but with Scott I actually look forward to it. It’s the first time ever that i have been consistently doing workouts and the results are priceless. I have tried so many things and within two weeks already i was looking for a way out. And with Scott...It’s something about this guy and how her works with you that makes you feel like you can do it. He made it all about me and what he will do for me. He built a training program just for me that i can follow and actually want to continue and not quit. Wow! What a trainer you are! I started training with Scott around September of last year... Never has he repeated an exercise on me! where does all this knowledge come from?... Perhaps because he has been doing this for over 11 years... That's what we get from a disgruntled engineer! Engineering by by, personal training here we come!

I am a busy entrepreneur who is running a growing business. That often makes it hard for me to find time to workout, even though it is important to me. I like to workout for an hour, but sometimes a quick 30 minute workout does the trick... and Scott packs a lot into those 30 minutes!

I've trained with Scott Elliott at Kool Body and love his approach to personal training. He takes the time to understand your unique desires and what your goals are. One of the biggest things is going through a thorough body typing process to figure what style of workouts and diet best fit you.

Working out is hard enough but when you find someone as nice and genuine as Scott, then suddenly working out has become fun for me. I am as busy as anyone and what I like about Scott is that he has custom tailored an efficient 30 minute workout for me. It's efficient and he also has given me a realistic nutrition plan to help me meet my goals. If you are looking for something different, look no further than Scott at Kool Body.

I've been exercising with personal trainers for 6 years and Scott is the best in North Country San Diego.
Very professional, real tailored workouts that are also fun to do, great location and price. My son and/or wife occasionally join workouts and it's always tailored to their specific needs and they all enjoy it.

I have trained with Scott on and off for quite some time now. He is unlike most personal trainers in the sense that he REALLY listens to what you want. Butt more toned? Legs thinner? Arms bigger? Anything. He doesn't just make you sweat, he works you out in order to get the results that you actually want.
Aside from that, I am a really busy professional so his 30 min sessions were key for me! He is also really honest with what you should be eating and HOW to eat.

My wife has been going to Scott for 1-on-1's for years. One Saturday I decided to go with her because we were going to have breakfast nearby after her session. I ended up doing a little workout with the two of them and have gone back many times since. I like that he is very goal oriented and wants to be sure you are really happy. My wife really loves him and is happy every time she comes home from her workout. He lets her choose her own music which she loves. Almost like a life coach feel without making her feel "less than". I began training with Scott Elliott of Kool Body Personal Training 2 years ago. I do both 60-minute private sessions and group classes. I wasn't so much concerned about losing weight (although I did lose 10lbs) as I was building lean muscle. My goal was to look more toned. He first give me a evaluation of my body type (apparently I'm a type C!), and then he customized a workout routine for me. I hate going to the gym but enjoy working out outdoors, so he taught me how to take advantage of the great So Cal outdoors and still get a good workout in! I don't want to loose any weight but just want to tone my body, he put me on a complete program that covers every aspect of my daily routine
