Horrible apartments, infested with roaches. The Pest control doesn’t work. The roaches are all inside the wall even fog and doesn’t work, and I’m a neat freak. They need to tent the apartments. Had several coworkers who used to live here and moved out because the roaches. They too busy fixing the outside when yall need to work on the insides of the units by tenting it. Also, they close the back gate out for people entering in. The Manager say so they can see who is coming in and out when it comes to the trash problem, but this is not a gated community nor people have parking pass. It looks

The Maintenance guy Q is great and the only one I’ll allow in my apartment to fix things. I’ve had a couple other maintenance people that have come in and made things worse. But he came in and fixed my garbage disposal, my fire alarm and my a/c in about 10 mins. This guy is way better then our maintenance crew. I’ve been here since 2017 and this is what you call good work.

Angela the manager, and another employee STOLE $200 making me believe that it was the deposit for an apartment with a lower price than the one they wanted to give me the day I was going to sign the lease. Just please do not go to this complex, around the area you will find some better places. RATEROS!

LAUNDRY ROOM HAS NOT BEEN OPENED 2 SUNDAYS(8/22&8/29) IN A ROW. Some of us work Monday through Saturday.
Biggest issue is the management staff in the office, especially the manager or asst. manager, Angela. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. She talks over people rudely. The higher up needs to revamp the whole office staff or give proper training. Maintenance staff are accommodating & friendly.

I didn't call or email ANYONE to enter my apartment that request was put in a month ago. Which took 2weeks to actually do. During that time my mother was visiting and had to be hospitalized during her stay due to heat exhaustion and dehydration. The AC still wasn't fixed when she was released and I had to pay for a week in a hotel for her. Yet I'm paying for an apartment. Upon returning to my apartment yesterday my lights were on,and my AC was running along with money I left on my counter for a bill. But I'm sure it jus grew some legs and walked out like the random person that walked in...so over

My experience was great especially since we are still facing this epidemic. I was able to view models and was shown the property before actually signing any papers. Even though I am in the back, the area is nicely taken care of. I really love the picnic/grill and pool area. I worked with Lenny and she was amazing
