I'd like to thank the maintenance staff for there work. This is a large and older property and I think they do a great job keeping it in good shape. There's never trash in driveways because they are here early in the morning to keep things tidy. When we submit requests to get things done, they are quick and professional with their work.

Was interested in viewing this property however the previous negative review and response from the property completely changed my mind. How could a company allow their team to respond with personal details about a previous tenant. “you terminated your lease 1 year before it expired due to buying a house.” That says a lot about the integrity of Westdale management and the people they employ. I will be forwarding my concerns.

I had a great experience touring woodmere ! First I met with Golden the leasing consultant she was very informative and personable ! She explained everything to me application process , fees and pricing of the unit. The complex exterior is very nice , the interior is a little outdated so definitely not renovated but comfortable living. The kitchens are decent but the only thing is the bathroom / counter space there is none. So a girl like me who does makeup / hair this will probably be a struggle. Overall I enjoyed my visit and hopefully will be renting here soon ! Thank you Golden for your wonderful

Not bad for the price, fairly quiet and clean. People there usually keep to themselves and not a bad location. Only have one complaint but its big and that is when you need to have something repaired, as the maintenance is terrible while I was there. Please check to make sure that what you need to get fixed is actually fixed to your satisfaction after calling maintenance.

I just want to Call Harry, because I am tired of trying to get the front office to fix it! My stove is stuck in the 1960's right along with all the writing that tells you rather something is in the on or off position. I have to turn on a flashlight and zoom in to figure out which element I am turning on. I put a order to get the dashboard replaced and was told they can take a white out and right on the dashboard. Are you kidding me right now?!?!?!?! I paying all this money for this apartment in DULUTH GA and you want to rectify the situation by placing WHITE OUT on my stove. But, let the apartment

Fair experience before new management arrived. I agree with the previous reviews regarding old appliances.
1. Con- Outside upgrades seem to be prioritized over the inside. (Appliances)
2. Con- Be advised of the slope entrance before renting, as it is not properly maintained during colder weather.
3. Pro- Pricing is decent but compared to surrounding properties you could get more for what you’d pay.
Recommendations:
The Grove at Stonebrook is a great property! - Distance wise it’s far but secluded with upgrades. Also has impeccable and stable staffing.
The Arbors at Breckinridge- lovely
