I just moved into this complex & I felt welcomed since day 1 of putting my application in. Jilliane who works in the leasing office was honestly THE BEST! Supportive and her communication skills are on POINT! Not only did the nice community make me want to be a resident, but her for sure made me feel like this was the place for me.

Moving in was so easy thanks to Aubrey and Jilliane! Both were so sweet and accommodating. I’m so excited to live here the complex is clean, safe, and beautiful! My refrigerator wasn’t get cold enough and they came out and completely replaced it within an hour or so. The apartments are well built!I’m so happy :)

Came to tour this community with my daughter and it was absolutely beautiful. The leasing agent Jillane has exceptional customer service. She was so helpful and knowledgeable of the community too. She took her time with me and answered all my questions and never rushed me. I definitely recommend this community and if you come to tour ask for Jillane V!

Just read older reviews. So PARKING has been an issue for the last 5 Years!!? I’ve been here for a month. Luckily i work from home. But if you come home after 9 pm, you will probably have to walk a good ways to ur apt. This is the suburb not Atlanta. Very poor planning. Building 9& 10 is gated separately, 56 apts but less than 56 parking spaces. 🤔 now imagine if each apt has 2 people with cars. That’s 112 spaces needed. So they’re short on parking big time. People park in front of fire hydrant, curbs etc. maybe it’s time we got the county or fire dept involve? It’s a safety issue!

Keeping my deposit
Everything was fine while living in there, however when i was leaving, they charged me for a sink problem that there was before i moved in, not only that but also charged me for a carpet replacement. Just so you know me and my wife dont smoke, my pet is potty trained, never did anything to the carpet, we made sure that we cleaned every week in order to get the deposit back so we could you on our new home that we just bought and now they are keeping that saying that we demaged the carpet, the carpet that we have actually taken care. By the way, that is not the only story that

Zero stars if I can give this apartment. Conclusion first, don't move here if you want to move out with peace. We have been loyal residents at Highlands at Sugarloaf for three years. Time here has been great until when we decided to move out. Because they require a 60 days notice to vacate, I went to speak to the leasing office members well in advance of the 60 days. I was told that because we are currently on a short term lease that a 30 day notice to vacate would be fine. When I reached out back to them 43 days in advance to move out, they are claiming that they never said such things and are

As close to perfect as you can get for an OTP Apartment complex. Really very nice. A little overcrowded is the only reason I don't give it 5 stars.
Excellent amenities. The apartments are spacious, all granite countertops and a small but useable balcony. The staff are awesome. Maintenance is performed very quickly when requested. There's ample wooded areas around the complex and the vastness of the CrossPoint Church and it's parking lot, keeps us in a "sound shadow" of the I 85/Sugarloaf Ave. exchange. Good job Highlands at Sugarloaf!
