Our pet friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs, up to 100 pounds. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

I am giving this place one star because at least I have a roof over my head. If I could back in time I would have happily paid double in rent not to deal with the issues I am. At the point the only release you can get is writing a review. I have been here for a little over a year. My trash has never been picked up consistently not once. The roaches oh my god!!!!! I have termix in here and I don’t even think they can fix it. Management hides behind a desk and doesn’t want to actually left a finger. Renter beware this one isn’t it. I moved in Friday, September 10 . The apartment is disgusting they let me move into a roach infested apartment no one never clean my apartment the outside or the inside. I have a five-year-old daughter. That have health issues this is not right. this is our first home and I’m so disappointment. I clean the apartment from top to bottom before I got in here.
Of course when you come in and see everything they don’t show you the real stuff they only show you what they put together but once you get in your apartment it’s terrible horrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Absolutely disgusting neighborhood. The building are covered in tarantula and Chinese spider nest , they do not pressure wash . The handicap ramp is broken . The buildings flood when it rains. The carpet has sharp nails sticking out that we’ve told them about countless times. The ceiling is stained with water leaks from the apartment that they’ve fixed once but it happened again. The patio is completely unusable due to the spiders. They claimed they did a « renovation « and they left paint all over the walls which I asked to be fixed and they said they would but never did ! No surprise

Alexis was the leasing specialist, she was very patient and helped us out through the whole application process, even when we were moving from Florida, and were still in Florida throughout the whole process, when we move in, Alexis wasn’t present but the guy who was there was nice, and took care of our requests really fast, we excited for a new chapter here in GA…

Now I see where all the bad comments come from. I was very interested to move in this apartment complex and done abundant research on this apartment complex. I called the leasing office 3 times in the last two weeks or so to verify information I collected from the community official website.
The first time I called was a gentleman -- Steve, he commented I have a very detailed question list about the apartment and community, and ask if I am doing this frequently. (What??!!) Anyway, it was a pretty good conversation. The second call was with a lady on 05/24/2021, I called to confirm move in date

I just moved in this weekend. The apartments are newly renovated. The living room is spacious. I am enjoying the community it’s quiet and seems to be safe. Wendy helped me though the application process and she has so helpful. We communicated mostly through email but was quick to respond all my questions or concerns. She received my application and I was approved fast. The whole process was easy.

I had an amazing experience. The staff is very professional and super friendly! I had no issues at all and always got a super fast response from email or even phone calls! Someone is always there to help you with questions or concerns! Wendy was the person I have mainly worked with and she’s so friendly and gave me all the information I ask for! Super impressed and highly recommend
