I have to say, I will be moving out soon on the 22nd and I am very sad to leave. The staff and the environment is just phenomenal. The amenities are nice and the apartments are even better. I will truly miss my apartment and the downtown Duluth environment. I would recommend District to anyone, it has been truly a pleasure living here.

A while back I wrote a review about a missing package. I was angry that it might have been stolen and I didn’t feel any sympathy from the front office. It turned out that it was sent back to the sender and I never knew until now. I sincerely apologize for my previous review and recant what I wrote. This is a very nice place to live, and the office and maintenance do a great, thorough job.

I recently stopped by The District searching for a place. Anthony Payero greeted me with with a smile that made me feel welcomed. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He showed me this property and all it had to offer. He even told me what attraction and restaurant were nearby that made me even more excited about applying to this property. I’d recommend The District to anyone and Anthony as their leasing Agent.

I love District at Duluth so much!! My family and I have lived here for a year and a half and we have had such a great experience. The staff is AMAZING!! They are so great at what they do and they make you feel like family. This place is run with excellence!! We have loved the community feel that District has, not only with the staff, but the other residents. The people are great & the events are fun! All of the common areas are perfect!! The gym, lobby, dog park, etc... it's just great. You can't beat the location!! I love walking across the street to all of the incredible restaurants and the

I just moved out of District after 2.5 years. I was one of the first residents in building 5000 and I thoroughly enjoyed that time. Grace and everyone else in the office did a great job of making me feel at home in District. The grounds and amenities are kept in excellent condition and maintenance requests are addressed swiftly. Living near downtown Duluth is a lot of fun and I would recommend District to anyone looking for a luxury rental experience!

I love living at District at Duluth. We’re within walking distance of shops, live music, restaurants, and Good Word Brewing! The staff is wonderful, the resident events are always fun and nothing beats free Starbucks coffee! Very dog friendly community- my dogs are the resident “bad dogs” but most people are tolerant and try to be understanding (I so appreciate it.) We are already into our second lease and I anticipate staying for a while!
