A powerful advocate for primary health care service providers who serve underserved communities, Health Center Partners strives to improve health care outcomes by helping to prepare our members to thrive within the evolving demands of the health care industry. As part of these advocacy efforts, Health Center Partners works closely with regional and statewide health care leaders and advocacy groups.

Health Center Partners of Southern California is a 17-membership organization of federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), Indian Health Services Organizations, both urban and sovereign, and Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest.
Our members collectively serve 917,000 unduplicated patients each year, for 3.9 million patient visits each year, at 160 practice sites across San Diego, Riverside, Imperial counties, with the seventh largest provider group in the region.Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) are community-based health care providers that receive funds from the HRSA Health Center Program to provide primary care services in underserved areas.
