Karen Greenhood is not a caring provider. She is dismissive and not thorough. Her negligence put me in the ER due to high blood pressure. Dr. Banov is not much better. He chastised me for calling the emergency line for what else--an emergency. I will never give my business to this establishment again. Do better. People could die for your careless mistakes and lack of empathy.
