A physician who specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of mental illness. A psychiatrist is a physician who has completed medical school and can prescribe medication. Sleep medicine focuses on sleep and sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia, restless leg syndrome and other related conditions.

The staff, from intake onward, is incredibly caring and warm. They are easily accessible, helpful and prompt. Overall, their efficiency in regards to patient communication is persistent and impressive.
Equally so for Dr. Shroff. Prior to seeing Dr. Shroff, my regimen was relatively self managed and spread across multiple providers. His actionable insight and education has been invaluable in creating an all-inclusive and individualized plan. His objectivity saw the big picture and properly prioritized my genuine well-being over just my existence. Each session he considers my concerns and answers

They insist on getting their money before you even make an appointment. I don’t think that is correct. What if they cancel your appointment? Will I get a refund? They also refuse to answer your questions prior to getting money out of you. I just don’t feel comfortable at all.
Update: Thank you for your reply. But I have spoken to several other medical offices and they have never asked for payment upfront. It’s not standard practice to do this. If you are really trying to help people, then you wouldn’t do this.

I've struggled with treatment resistant depression for 47 years. I take a good cocktail of medications but I was still depressed. I found ketamine therapy infusions and Georgia Psychiatry and Sleep. Dusty and Autumn dig an amazing job in making me feel comfortable during the infusions. It was a pleasant experience and look forward to my next infusion. I am now depression free and have lots of energy. People notice I smile and laugh now. What a blessing ketamine is!!

I've been a client at this practice for psychiatric medicine management and talk therapy for approximately 6 months.
I cannot emphasize how much Dusty has changed my life. I have a ten year history of mental health services and I have never received close to the same level of attentive care before. Dusty listens, validates, and actually prescribes me medicine that helps! For the first time in ten years, I no longer feel severely depressed. I am able to work full time and finally get my life together to go to graduate school.
I also have terrible, terrible insurance in the form of a HIGH high

I see Dr. Shroff for sleep medicine. He is primarily a psychiatrist, but he is definitely knowledgeable about sleep disorders too. He is really easy to work with, and willing to work with you however you are most comfortable; and he wants you to feel as good as you possibly can. He has been great about putting me in touch with other experts as well when I have had specific questions that were outside of his area.

Dr. Schroff is a caring and wise psychiatrist. Anxiety is a confusing maze that can negatively impact your life. Dr. Schroff patiently listened to my challenges and worked with me on the appropriate and safest medicines to allow me to begin to recover. His approach is conservative and he gives you the full story on the pros and cons of any medicines while emphasizing the importance of counseling and other non-pharmacological options. I trust and highly recommend him.

I have nothing but great things to say about this practice. They are very easy to deal with compared to most psychiatrist office. I see Dusty one of the NP and he genuinely cares and listens to what I have to say. They are always quick to respond by email and willing to help workout things with insurance, pharmacies, etc. Very grateful I came across these guys!

My daughter has been seeing a nurse practitioner in Dr Shroff's office for about a year. I was willing to forgive the little problems, and the fact that our visits were rather pricey, since I knew she needed the care. But I recently found out that we've been paying for services that were never given! Multiple 5-10 minute visits to check if her meds were working out alright were charged as an office visit AND psychoanalysis every time, and sometimes we were also charged for psychotherapy. Unless "How are your pills working for you?" counts as therapy, this is insurance fraud, plain & simple. And

I made an appointment to see one of the providers. The day before my appointment they canceled it, as they refused to "treat me." Evidently, they view my problems as unworthy of their time and practice. Someone was supposed to get back to me and they never did. Luckily, I am now being seen by another practice, who does not make judgments on potential patients just by their intake forms. Do not waste your time or money at this practice. From previous reviews I see others are not happy with this group.
