I only give 1 star because I had to. They are very unprofessional. Their "hours" are not true and they make their own. I was there at 10 am once and the "worker" showed up 30 plus mins after their opening. I scheduled an appointment with them to find out the guy went home early and didn't notify me and just made excuses on why he wasn't there. When I schedule my work around this "appointment " and they leave it ruins one's day! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Brought my 20 year old Buick in. It was making a grinding noise and was pulling to one side. I knew I had a bad rotor and I was way overdue for a tune-up and an alignment. Frank identified ONE bad rotor (didn't try to jack up the price by doing both of them) and my front brake pads (he told me the rear brakes were fine) and I needed one tire replaced. When he was done, the bill was less than I had expected, and the car runs like a dream once again. We used to go to another place in the area but they were sold and the service was no longer what it used to be. I am so glad we found Western Auto Repair

Took my car here for repairs after my accident. My initial thought when I got the car back was major disappointment. The parts that were replaced seemed matte which did not match the rest of the car at all. His response to my concern was to polish it and leave swirl marks on it. Now, it's been two years later and I'm getting serious rust on the fenders. They clam it's the cheap fenders my insurance made them buy.

I came here about a month ago to get my brakes fixed for a 2007 Chevy Uplander. They were very bad to the point where I was about to crash. I was greeted by a guy name Frank who was very nice and professional. He found the problem and it only took a couple hours to get it fixed. I liked the fact that they didn't try to sell me anything more than what I needed. Frank explained that I only needed the master cylinder and that the brakes needed to be bled. He also mentioned that the brake pads were in great condition and didn't need replacing until another 6-7 months. I would definitely come in again

Western Auto fixed my brothers 05 Ford Taurus. It needed a muffler and flexible joint. This was in early Spring, I always wait a couple of months before I review an auto shop, it makes more sense to tell if it worked out now, 3 months later and everything is working out great. The guy I spoke with Frank was very nice and courteous as you expect with a family business. They've been around a very long time so I wasn't surprised it would be a good experience.

I went to Western Auto in June 2010 for an Engine and Trans oil change. The mechanic forgot to tighten a screw on my trans and about a quart leaked out. When I went back they did put another quart in but the mechanic did not apologize to me. I thought this was unprofessional. I decided to forget about the incident and called them up recently to have my oil changed again. You know what they wanted to charge me? $225 it was $50 last year and now $225 this year! I thought it was a joke. On top that I was willing to give them a second chance they want to rip me off the second time around! VERY BAD
