The receptionist, nurse, and Pacific Medical Care were fantastic. I came in two weeks ago after I got bit by a dog; they irrigated the wound, stitched me up, gave me the necessary injections and I was out of there in no time. Everyone was super friendly and very professional. If (when) I get injured again, I'm going straight back to see them.

On my first visit Dr. (I use the term but she bows NOT deserve it) Moheen Suna-Sitto took 2 hours to see me. She had no patience because I could see her office door. I need her talk about me to the receptionist and she returned to her office. When she did see me she was VERY RUDE In her manorisum unprofessional. In my experience she does not care about patience and should find a new line of work. This is not my first Pain Management Doctor I have seen. DR.Alica Steiner was the best but she stopped using my health insurance. She is still a friend of mine since I was a patient since 2012. But Moheem

By far the most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever been to. Be prepared to carry your own urine sample to and from a public restroom (which contradicts the point of a drug screening?) and in front of the whole entire waiting room back to the mini fridge behind the front desk. The staff was slow, dismissive and uninformed with just about everything. Dr. Carey made me feel incredibly uncomfortable both in and outside of the examination room. The doctor and nurses lacked serious sensitivity training. You couldn't pay me enough to go back to this office as I honestly question whether this practice

Dr Duffy walked into my room, without looking at my chart (he said he'd look at it tonite when he had time- what a joke) and started bullying me into going to his program and saying he could completely cure me-without even knowing what was wrong with me at all!!!!! He has absolutely no idea even what my diagnoses were!!!! I didn't even put them on the paperwork he gave me!!!!!. He had no idea whatsoever about how much pain medication I had even been on!!
Over and over he said he could completely cure me without knowing anything about me all!! Even guaranteeing it!

This is a very unprofessional medical group I have seen Dr Duffy three times in the entire 2 years that I have been going to this Clinic I am always stuck with Moheen his PA and she is very smug and does not follow threw with my care. I have needed referrals for various things and I had to keep calling and asked Big about them just to get them to put them threw. They have forgot countless times to call my medications into my pharmacy and three times they have made errors in the medications that they are calling into me a causing me to have to pay out of pocket for theses medications. Pacific Medical Care is not the ideal facility for your friends or family. As you can see by all the negative reviews, we are truly trying to warn any future prospects to steer clear of this facility. Dr Duffy should be going through an investigation for the malpractice and mistreating care these patients are experiencing. I understand personal techniques and such are implemented by each doctor around the globe, but Dr. Duffy has gone above and beyond to drug his patients in ways that are not designed to optimize the health and wellness of the patient. I was in an accident 7 years ago where I suffered multiple herniated & bulging discs. Since day one I was proactive, & read everything I could on chronic pain, neck injuries, and basically anything I could do to heal as quickly as possible. What a hellacious waste of time! I am on low doses of meds: too low. I was there for hours. Dr Muheen wanted to prescribe antipsychotics for pain. I am writing from personal experience. Those drugs made my whole body rigid, which greatly increased my pain. She insisted that I was refusing to work with her despite my repeated assertions regarding what those drugs did to me. She told me that I was going to die in my sleep if I continued on my highly reduced, to the point of disabling, pain regimen. Dr. Duffy is rude and doesn't know anything about Medical treatment, his knowledge of illnesses and proper pain treatment is absolutely unsatisfactory. Dr Duffy's goal to bill insurance companies as much as possible for a ridiculous unneeded medical detox. He lies about being a medication management doctor, I definitely don't suggest coming here especially because my appointment was at 1 PM and didn't get seen until 3:45.

Very unprofessional and unethical! the PA who treated me talked about money, insurance and that, "I should switch my primary care to them". I had to wait almost three hours to be seen, I waited in a cramp, hot and uncomfortable waiting room. The staff including the doctor and PA talked about other patients care so loud that other patients can hear it. Whatever happened to HIPPA COMPLIANCE? I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Too bad the lowest I can give is 1 star. This place deserve a negative star instead!

PLEASE READ...

This doctor is a quack. I was told that Worker's Comp would be paying this doctor $3500 A DAY! Yes, I said A DAY, for me to be in his detox program. I'm not a drug addict but they said because of my impending birthday (going to be 60 yrs old) that I was going to die unless I was taken off of fentanyl. I asked upon my 6 hour intake process into the detox program, or was it longer... if I wanted to get out of this program on my own could I leave. I was told yes, you can leave any time you want to. Worst service ever!!! Office staff is unprofessional and lazy.......Drs don't really listen to their patients and to boot you have to wait upto 3+ hours past your appt time to be seen....waiting in pain in uncomfortable chairs......by the time you see the dr your pain is so out of control from sitting in misery there's not a lot they can do about it........
The only bright spot in this establishment is their nurse Sam who goes out of her way to do what she can in an impossible work environment..........
Save yourself major pain and aggravation and go elsewhere!!

Dr. Norris is WONDERFUL and so is her nurse, Glenda. They have helped my father tremendously. But the office support service is sooooo bad, I cannot imagine how the company has stayed in business. If your medical situation is serious, or you need medical care or information in a timely manner, forget about this service.

It is now almost March of 2016 and I see earlier Yelp reviews with the same complaints written six or more months ago. Apparently, they have had no effect.

I have tried very hard to be patient with these people. I have been with them since January. They were good about my medical needs, prescribed some good medications and the first doctor I saw was very good. He listened to me and prescribed the correct meds and did the correct, appropriate testing for my diagnosis. However, as far as dealing with their phone staff, they did not call me when they said they were going to, today. 2 days ago, they offered a "mobile visit"; their monthly visit, and since I was in pain, I said, yes, please come over. I do not recommend anyone to this establishment. With many many bad experiences with this company I am quiet positive there is something sketchy about this company. This establishment is over looked by dr. Michael Duffy. He has tons of physician assistants that make mobile visit at the convenience of your home. But they never follow up with referrals, request or even listens to your concern. The call center purposely not pick up your call once they recognize your number. I had janelle put my mobile call on hold for 13 mins but I decided to call with my land line and got through immediately
