Our job is to meet you where you are at. We follow an OPT model from the National Academy of Sports medicine for our clients. This allows us to create programs for someone's first time exercising to a professional athlete. There is not one specific plan that fits when it comes to food. Our goal is to help our clients enjoy the foods they eat, drop body fat, and build lean muscle.
It's possible to have a balance between enjoying your food and enjoying your results. High stress (cortisol) negatively impacts digestion, sleep, and fat loss. This makes getting to your goals difficult. If you have a goal of stress management or improving your mindfulness we have proven tools to help.

Services
Our goal is to meet you where you are at, and help adjust your program along the way to make sure you are getting to your goals. During our initial free session and assessment we will see how your muscles move and if you have any imbalances or limitations. This is to make sure we keep you injury free and are prescribing the correct exercises for you.
Movement - We run through several motions and look for any postural deviations. Do you have any rotation in the hips, pronation or rotation in the knees or ankles, does your scapula move etc. This only takes about 5-6 minutes to complete. Then we go on the floor for a workout based on your goals and make sure form is proper (30-40min).

When I first thought about getting a trainer, I really just wanted to find someone that had an education/understanding in the field, rather than a “I do crossfit, so I can get you fit” mentality. I went to USC and obtained a bachelors in Human Biology with an emphasis in pre-physical therapy and a masters in Public Health. I selected Tommy as my personal trainer so I can get prepared for Army basic training. I have been so impressed thus far with his professionalism, knowledge, and most importantly dedication to genuinely help me achieve my goals. Working with coach Tommy and his team have been one of the best things Ive done for myself. Tommy is amazing! I have to admit I was a tough sell at first. I didn't think personal training was worth the money but I was so wrong. It's all about finding the right trainer! Tommy believes in total health. He has great advise on training you body and your mind. Nutrition, meditation and physical training working in a balance together. I have years of muscle amnesia/damage (especially in my glutes) for not being very active and sitting in very bad positions but Coach Tommy has been very patient -and Lord knows I need lots of that - in helping me starting to feel those muscles again. He is definitely very passionate about helping people get in shape and never gives up until he can figure out what’s going on and find a way to help you improve. Working with Tommy is the best decision I made for myself. Almost 2-1/2 years ago, the only thing I did was lay in bed, eat fast food and avoid moving at all due to knee pain and general laziness. Always there to answer questions or just listen to frustrations and doubt, he taught me how to eat the right way, hold myself accountable and so much more beyond the fitness and strength part of it. Tommy's the best trainer I've ever worked with! He clearly knows his trade backwards and forwards and gives really great advice on both diet and exercise. He also offers guidance on the mental aspects of fitness such as meditation and gratitude. He is so positive and is such a lovely, friendly person that he makes exercise something to look forward to! As someone that has a number of obstacles to overcome (weak ankles, bad knees and anxiety to name a few), working with Tommy has been an amazing experience. Coach Tommy is very professional, making a detailed plan for me. Following through with his plan and training with him three times a week, I have lost 9 Kg for only one month. His training is totally scientific and really worth it for the people who want to build muscle, lose weight, or have a healthier life. One thing I really want to emphasize is that I had hypertension before training with him, but, now, since I have lost a lot of weight, my blood pressure has become normal. It is a huge change for me!!!! I can't imagine if I didn't choose him and kept my bad habit of eating a lot of fast foods

Then he added a new component to our sessions, Mindfulness We worked on meditation as a way to reduce the stress in my life. It honestly works... immediately! I've been working with Tommy for almost a year now and have been really enjoying the experience. Tommy will train you hard but also take the time to get to know you which is huge in my book.

I've been working out with Tommy for almost two years now and recommend him to anyone, from performance athletes looking for a competitive edge to retirees looking to maintain some flexibility and muscle mass.
