This place has gone downhill over the years. New management wants $35 all covered spots. We are forced to pay for a covered spot because there aren't enough uncovered spots if wanted to opt out of paying. I have lived her for many years. Only a certain percentage of covered spots were reserved before. Management is lying in the responses. This is a new policy. We simply do not have the option to park for free due to the severe lack of space, so we are forced to pay $70 extra on top of the already high rent.

Just don’t do it. There’s plenty of other places. Hands down the worst apartment complex I have ever stayed in. They’ve taken half of the “resident” parking spots away and made them reserved parking screwing the rest of us. 33 dollar convenience fee to pay your rent online, then after you pay it they’ll say you owe another 40 dollars for a utility bill that gets posted late. Don’t bother putting in a maintenance request because they just won’t show up for a week and when they do, they won’t fix it. Not worth your time. Go somewhere else. I’m counting down the days.

I DO NOT recommend Beacon Lakes. I have lived here for almost two years now and the new management is HORRIBLE! The most recent offense is they took over half of the parking spots and reserved them. Now tenants are FORCED to pay a monthly fee for parking or fight for one of the few “free” spots. The prior management provided tenants with the option to pay for parking by reserving a spot…this management is forcing tenants to pay for parking by taking over half of the parking spaces. This is just one of the few offenses over the few months new management has been in place. I CANNOT wait to

Updating my review since new management took over. Parking was bad, but manageable. The new management company has gotten rid of a good amount of parking and made it ‘reserved’ parking where you have to pay $35 a month just to be able to park. It in no way helps the residents to do this, but just makes the apartments more money. Greedy and selfish in my opinion.
Half my windows haven’t been able to open since I moved in. Have put in 2 work orders but they still haven’t fixed it. I have to take off work to be here so they can get in due to my dog, and both time they have failed to fix the

Rating a 2 because of the 2 good people in this office. As a PAST employee the property manager charloutte was RUDE, HORRIBLE, AND DIDNT TREAT HER EMPLOYEES WITH ANY RESPECT. She made this place to work awful, and treated and talked to her employees awful. But with that being said Breanna did her job (for her) and was amazing at it. :) Oh and maintenance is Great. :)

I just recently moved after 6 and half years living here. The last year was horrible. The neighbors above me constantly stomped and made noise. I complained at least 10 times over the course of a year and management did nothing to stop it. They seemed to not care. I would not recommend Beacon Lakes as a place to live especially with this office staff running the show.

I love the property and how dog friendly it is. I’ve also heard great things about the old management, but the new management doesn’t seem to care about anything. Also parking is terrible 😕

Overall, a great experience. Office staff is very polite and attentive. They worked diligently to correct a few misunderstandings during the move in process. However, my ac stopped working the second day after moving in and my shower the third day. AC was fixed within a day and waiting on the maintenance order to process for shower otherwise I would have given them 5 stars. The staff is definitely 5 stars!! Charlotte, Breanna, Terri and Joaquin are super friendly and courteous. Love the complex and my neighbors have also been super welcoming.

Everything is alright, but parking spots. It's been horrible the last few weeks, if we come home later then 8-9 there is no more parking spots available. And also there is a lot of cars with no stickers and looks like nobody is checking them.

Leasing managers were and are very helpful. Paige was great during the move in process and answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. Upon move in I had a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed and all were completed accordingly and in a timely manner. Parking is a bit of an issue if you do not have reserved parking and this wasn't really communicated but we have made the best of it. The units are wide open and have GREAT square footage for the price point. Very dog friendly. There are no grills available pool side so do not expect that until they are replaced but there is no timetable
