I have lived at this property for going on my fourth year now. I can honestly and whole heartedly say that the individuals currently running the property go above and beyond. The peace of mind I have knowing that the team will do everything they can to ensure living here is amazing. If you're considering living here.. do it!! I've loved it here. The management company has clearly invested in this property. They're now a gated community, they pressure wash consistently, and they added the valet trash service (which is soo nice). Their maintenance team is actually responsive, taking the time to explain things to you, and have always been friendly. The office staff has been so kind to me, and they're helpful anytime I needed anything. They have a dog park, plenty of parking, and the pool area is so cute. My unit has beautiful wood flooring, stainless steel, marble countertops

This apartment complex is HORRIBLE! i don't even know where to start. The application process took almost 2 months and the Office manager Kim is very hard to work with. There is a crazy amount of mold growing in building three units and all they do is paint over it. Do not apply to live here you will be disappointed. Ant piles are everywhere and huge in the dog park as well as around the complex. Again do not waste your time here this place sucks.

Overall I love the place and the staff who works here. The only problem that I have is neighbors who smokes(cigarettes and weed) inside their apartments and the smell goes to my place, also dog owners don’t pick up after their dogs and roaches. Yes roaches but I can’t blame the office manager for all that. We are adults and we have to learn to follow rules even don’t like it. I can’t force my neighbors to have good habit cleaning.

Staff members are super helpful always on task and always willing to help you as much as possible. Management staff are also very understanding with you and needing assistance with anything they can help with. The application process was easy and quick very Efficient. This is a lovely place that I absolutely recommend, has a beautiful renovated pool, a new gym room and excellent apartments, very quiet and clean. The office staff are very nice people and attentive. Rosana is always willing to help with any of my requests which are resolved in the shortest possible time.

Mold infested!! so bad..... we are losing personal items we have worked very hard for, furniture, keepsakes, and so much more....roach infested...flea infested, filthy property and management is ignorant!!
don't waste your time or the cheap rent you will be paying.

I now love living here ever since miss Ruth got here things are so much better. She takes time to talk to you then solves your problem quick & David is the best Maintenace here in a long time. Miss Ruth walks around the complex all the time & has cleaned it up a lot since she got her. If you want a good apt complex to live you should come here.
