Kayslie, was very nice and helpful throughout the visit. She answered any questions I had and was very polite. The property looks nice and well maintained. I like the floor plan layout of the apartments. All the common spaces like the pool, laundry facilities, etc. seemed well maintained and kept up with.

To date the process of preparing for a move to the new complex has been ok. My scheduled move in date is September 18. The area and complex seem great. It does seem the office personal is extremely busy but friendly and willing to help. But, on several occasions when making inquires or seeking information, I noticed although advised or promised a follow-up phone call or feedback, there are delays. My hope is this is just a small issue.
It appears management has acknowledged my concerns and they look to address and solve the issue 🙂. I look forward to a great relationship with Bayon Bay Apartments

First I want to say the photos and the apartments are definitely not the same , the kitchens are smaller then the pictures , the manager is very Unprofessional useless when I was living there I put in multiple work orders nothing was ever fixed IF YOU ARE THINKING OF MOVING INTO THESE APARTMENTS PLEASEEEEE DONTTTTTTTT THE PLUMBING JOBS ARE HORRIBLE

Everything has improved greatly since new management and staff took over!! Maintenance addresses problem very quickly. Its a quiet place to live, with great neighbors, very professional office staff that work with you if needed. Banyan Bay has definitely gotten better than it was when we first moved in, its a bit pricey but I would recommend others especially with the improvements that are being done and pray they keep improving!!

I am totally stocked and excited to move into my new apartment at Banyan Bay! I checked them out for about a month before applying and talked to a lot of the tenants. Was gold that they have new management and that the service and maintenance was great.
I believe that I made the right decision and look forward to living here. My apartment is you going to be great!

If you're looking into this place and are unsure because you saw some bad reviews from a year ago, PLEASE overlook those! They have new management and the staff here really work hard. My husband and I adore this place. It is an older complex, but the price is great and the property is well maintained. Kaycee is the sweetest lady on the planet. If you're considering this as your new home, this is your sign to make the move!! Lol, but seriously this place is wonderful.
