I was looking for a nice safe gated community for my mom who relocated to Texas. And based on a referral from another resident at The Avenues at Tuscan Lakes, this is the community. The best features at The Avenues at Tuscan Lakes are the very large living spaces, attached garages, and home security system. In addition, the staff is awesome, especially Jackie, who has been extremely helpful with making sure my mom is comfortable in her new place and that everything in the apartment is functioning as it should. My mom is very happy with her "home" and we also highly recommend the Avenues at Tuscan

Over the years my wife and I have lived in several complexes. This by far is the most family friendly and well maintained. The staff are warm and welcoming. Jackie, found time to listen and made me feel heard when I had to talk through my lease. The first priority of the staff here is to build relationships. Make them your next home and you won’t be disappointed.

Wish I could give no stars. This apartment complex management is the worst I've ever experienced. I've rented for over 20 years and this is the worst. Overpriced to say the least, the gates are constantly broken, trash piled up every week, with the only compactor down.
Good luck getting your questions upon move out answered. On one occasion, while inquiring about exorbitant and inexplicable charges on my final bill, the rep just hung up on me. Scheduling a final inspection walkthrough was like pulling teeth, although it's recommended practice in their residential handbook

I have been so impressed with this community and we can’t wait to move in! We were warmly welcomed by the leasing staff, and Sean answered all of my millions of questions! He was so helpful. The community is beautiful, and I love the attached garage. The pool is beautiful and huge. They even have a car cleaning station! It’s a perfect place to call home.

Hands down the best apartment complex to live in this area! We lived here from 2016-2018, moved out of state for a few years, and when we found out we were moving back to this area there was no question we wanted to come back to The Avenues. The apartments are spacious and open, the complex is centrally located to grocery stores and shopping, and Tara and her team keep this place functioning like a well oiled machine. Highly recommend The Avenues to anyone moving to the Houston/Galveston area!

I love this complex. just renewed my lease! The staff is great here and really makes a point to know their residents. I moved during a tough transition in my life, and the team here is wonderful. the pool is gorgeous and has allowed me to meet neighbors. the maintenance guys, Cody and Vincent, are attentive and always put a smile on my face whether it's passing by on the golf cart or fulfilling a work order. Overall, the complex is a very welcoming place. You also can't beat the property value that's provided. Along with amazing service and a welcoming atmosphere, I really couldn't have chosen

I moved into the Avenues at Tuscan Lakes when it first opened in 2014. The area was much less developed than it is now, and the shine that used to exist at the Avenues, has worn away. Being this is in League City and stuck next to Dickinson, Texas City and other Southeastern cities of Houston, there really isn't much luxury to toot around here... Racism IS a thing. Not so much with the management staff, but with the residents. Going to the pool can feel close to harassment at times.

Moved in these apartments in the beginning of 2015 and lived in the 2 bedroom with my child for 2 yrs. Rent covered sewer, water, trash, pest and of course, rent. I paid electricity separately with the electric company I was told to find. Things went well living there. I then wanted to move in together with my sister and her husband, so we thought upgrading to a 3 bedroom would be the way to go since I've lived there for 2 yrs and all was well. We were told we would have to use their electricity company now and pay the company they have chosen and cancel the electric company I had used while

Days like to today I miss this place! I had an amazing 1br garage apt approx 200ft from the amazing, well designed pool system. I spent may days just walking over and relaxing - wish I had that resort-style pool in this 100 degree heat!
Tara, Brian, and Natalie were all top quality staff. I visited the Avenues among nearly a dozen places while in town l after a job offer. Even after I had returned to SC prior to my big move, Natalie was thorough with follow up and remembered the details of my situation with great attention to detail. This place is overpriced since they have mice, they have had a rodent problem since this place has been built, I've talked to numerous tenants and most have had mice, they want to put sticky traps down instead of actually figuring out a way to stop the mice from coming in, they say they put bait around the condos I have never seen them do it and can assume they don't since I have to put in 5 plus request to get anything fixed, like for example my patio door won't open correctly and that request was put in over 3 weeks ago, just lazy maintenance staff or poor management. We lived there for 15 months while our house was being built. Spacious apartment and updated style is the only reason I even gave them 2 stars. We moved in and they advertise 2 car garage and a normal size truck WILL NOT fit! False advertisement! Our refrigerator door was broken the entire time we lived there. We asked on several occasion if the part was in and always told it was back ordered. The carpet was stained when we moved in especially after living there for a couple of weeks and you see the walked foot prints where the stains and dog urine smell started to smell with the slightest

I've called this place home for a little over 3 years and absolutely love it. I never thought I would ever fall in love with a rental place. If your are looking for a nice, clean and safe place, this is the place to be. My floor plan is very nice and roomy. The kitchen is updated with matching appliances. The grounds are well manicured and clean. The fitness room is fully equipped. They are pet-friendly. The girls in the office are always super friendly ( they always acknowledge you by name) and helpful, especially, Tara and Natalie. The amenities are perfect and the pool is terrific. I would

I've been living at these Apartments for over a year now, and it's been nothing but amazing. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful. The amenities are very clean and I love that there is a car wash station. I would definitely recommend the Avenues to anyone looking for an apartment in the League city area.

So I had a challenging situation when trying to move into this place. Gave jenny every hurdle upfront from the get go which she handed to Natalie who said this is all we need. Pay $300 for app fees, processing, and deposit. Then over 2 hours later, Natalie wants more. It was clear from the minute I walked in that I had to know almost immediately if my situation would work because the movers were arriving at noon from a cross country move and needed an address at noon. Natalie waits until 11:45 to ask for irrelevant information. All of this could have been handled at 9:05 when I walked in
