The complex is beautiful, kept, and conveniently located. The staff is great. Every time I’ve requested a service they have been prompt in answering. Michelle B. and Yessica have been super kind in particular. There have been some issues with trash compactor here and there but you can tell they try their best to accommodate their tenants. Definitely recommend.

Would still not give a single star. Five ⭐️ at sending “love notes”. Got an email with a photo attached. Tiny portable grill sitting in the corner of patio area and a warning that it will be re-inspected on Monday. OK, and I’ll note every with a photo that remains in sight following the re-inspection and enforcement of said policy. No one can produce a copy of anything in writing that states grills are or are not allowed as I have asked on numerous occasions to have a copy of the policy in writing. (Oh note if we want to nit-pick. Christmas lights/real Christmas

If I could give no stars I would. Rude staff that doesn’t work with residents who pay their rent on time and cause no issues. Assistant Manager will not work with anyone or even try and see if there is another solution is available. Water pressure is the worst I have ever seen in an apartment complex. How is this an Luxury Apartment Complex if you can not even wash the dishes properly in your sink?? I am so glad we will be moving soon.

Expects residents to follow strict unnecessary rules however everything is constantly breaking and taking months to get fixed. This is NOT a gated community as advertised- the gate remains open on the weekends and there has been thefts. They state the gate is not used for safety but for “traffic flow”. Certainly a bait and switch. The lights on the stairs in my building have been out since I moved in 8 months ago- such a safety hazard but still no fix. Water pressure is awful. Call boxes at the gate are consistently not working. Trash pickup service does not arrive until 10-11 at night

Sign on door says masks REQUIRED. Yet every time I have come to the leasing office from October 2020 to now, nobody ever has them on. I literally never want to go to the leasing office bc the employees are never wearing them. Yet I am FORCED to go to the office due to the fact that mail hasnt been getting delivered to my apartment in Phase 2 since we moved in in January. We have a mailbox yet USPS says they cannot find us. Anytime I order anything online, it says “address invalid.” It’s a hot mess.

My family and I lived in this community for the last two years. We had to move out because of a job change. Our experience at Catalon was truly exceptional. It is a friendly and beautiful community where people treat each other with dignity and respect.
The complex is fairly new. Our two bedroom apartment had sound structural integrity, new appliances, and a lot of space for our belongings. The gym has new machines that work, there are regular group fitness classes at the yoga studio, and the pool is nice and clean.

I moved into Catalon at Lago Mar in November 2018 and just recently moved out into a home my son purchased for me.
In my little over two years at Catalon I went through many changes and life events.
My mother passed in January of 2017 so the mourning of her was still so fresh, but as that was happening I was also blessed with the arrival of my first grandchild on March 3, 2019.
Many other life events happened during these two years, the pandemic being of of them.
I can tell you I have been in the apartment industry in the past and it was refreshing to be on the other side being a resident and

Today I visited Catalon At Lago Mar and not only did I receive a warm welcome from Jose but he was knowledgeable about the property and extremely pleasant to work with. I wasn't ready to make a decision when I left the property and he wasn't pushy at all he gave me all the information I needed and let me know his hours and that he'd be available when I needed him. This was a big deal to me as I don't like feeling pressured about such big decisions. Jose was amazing and he makes a great chocolate chip cookie. I definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call home!

I have lived at this property over a year and just renewed my lease. I think this is a great property and the staff are very friendly and helpful. As for the parking issues....they took every measure possible to inform tenants of the policy short of knocking door to door. Some tenants just choose not to follow policy rules. A special shout out to Michelle for always being helpful.
