I tried to schedule a tour with this company twice, they cancelled the night before the first time after I had already taken time off work. I understand it’s a hard time right now so I called back and rescheduled, the person I spoke with said the leasing agent was suddenly ill. This time they cancelled my tour 45 min before it was due to start. I missed the text bc I was already on my way to see this place. I only saw the massage after I had already arrived. This is either some sort of scam or just horrible management.

I found Enko when I originally was set to stay in an Airbnb for my first 3 months after moving cross country. COVID hit and the host understandably didn’t wish for guest and I couldn’t say I wanted to stay with anyone during this time either. I called Art who said he could give me a virtual tour. The only hiccup was Faith was not aware it was virtual so there was a bit of miscommunication there but I viewed it and with moving cross country in a crunch I took it. I was approved quickly and was able to move in upon arrival in Oregon. The place was good for what I needed and the maintenance man

I was disappointed with my experience with Enko properties. I don't usually write reviews, especially negative ones. My partner and I applied for an apartment as soon as the apartment opened for applications. We weren't the first application but the agent said we were second in line and we could tour the property as soon as it was vacant. We agreed on a date and time and all seemed well, but the day rolls around and we were completely ghosted by the agent. I texted twice (easiest method of communication with the agent) and no response at all. Totally fine if the apartment rented to the first party

I moved from Maine to Oregon in May. I scoured all the rental sites and was getting extremely frustrated because each time I found a place I liked, a little digging would turn up horrendous reports of issues with the building or the company managing it. Very inconsistent communication and they showed a huge lack of professionalism in their record keeping. It took constant hounding on my part to get any update, and it took over two weeks to hear back that I had an application not approved because of the size of my dog- even though I shared that information outright on my tour and before sending in an application. I would highly recommend not using them.

If I could a zero star, I would. It is very unfortunate that I have to write this review. Just called Enko properties at 971. 219. 6076 to see about available units. The person I spoke to informed me that all their units had applications pending and to try next week. I also applied through Hotpads and had not been followed up with. My girlfriend, who is white, called immediately afterwards and was given a number to a leasing agent. She spoke to the same person and he did not inform her that the properties were all booked, and I definitely did not get a number for the leasing company. It&apos

We owned a house in Portland but decided to move away for work; we were very fortunate to find Enko Properties to manage it as a rental while we weren't sure if we'd be moving back.
Art was always professional, thorough, and easy to reach. He provided great information about the market, found tenants quickly, and arranged maintenance for us so that we didn't need to think about the house much.

I found Enko Properties to be very responsive to tenant concerns. When we had a security issue they immediately put up a locked gate for our property. They were respectful and effective in communication. Every time I had an issue they took it seriously. This has not been my experience with all apartment management companies and I was grateful to be working with them for the year that I lived in the apartments.

After our tenants of 15 years bought their own home, we needed to find new tenants. We have a unique situation in that we live out of the country, I found Enko properties online and after speaking with a couple of owners who used them, we decided to go ahead and hire Enko. It was a great decision. It took awhile to find the right tenants, but it was worth the wait. I also appreciate Enko's transparency of all their transactions and their attention to detail. Our tenants were happy with them as well.

Enko Properties has been amazing. We own two higher end houses in Portland with two ADU's. We have primarily worked with Art who is always super helpful and professional. They have managed our properties and most recently found a new tenant (when our old tenant moved out) in ONE day! Art has also gone above and beyond when I needed referrals or addition help in regards to our properties. I highly recommend working with Enko Properties.

Enko was a fantastic landlord for our townhouse apartment we rented for about a year. Art and the rest of the staff ensured that our property was immaculate when we moved in, were very communicative, and immediately responsive when even the smallest thing needed attention. They do a thorough screening when taking on renters, ensuring everyone in their buildings are clean, respectful and responsible. I would definitely rent from them again- great experience!

What an absolute mess of a company this has been to rent through it is a never ending nightmare and I cannot imagine recommending them to anyone at all. I don't know how they have so many positive reviews.
Pretty but rickety buildings with thin walls, bug infestations, rats, surprise utility shut-offs, trash heaps on the sidewalks for days.
All of this made (and more) for a terrible experience. Definitely not worth the rent, and definitely not worth the hassle of dealing with them.

As a rookie landlord, I wanted help getting tenants for my newly purchased rental home. Even though I chose to manage the property myself, Art was happy to offer tenant procurement. He was responsive to all my questions and needs, and I felt comforted to have his firm draw up a proper lease. Lovely prospective tenants were shown the house right away, applied, were evaluated and moved in, all within a month. The tenants spoke favorably of Art's leasing agent. Art is the best! I've had a great experience with Enko as a renter. I've found Art to be super quick to respond when maintenance issues come up. He works hard to get issues resolved ASAP. Additionally, he uses software which makes signing documents and submitting payments super easy and convenient. If you're a renter, this is definitely a company you can trust

Enko Properties, specifically their leasing Art is top notch! He emailed me back extremely fast, and answered every question I had. Although, I didn't end up renting through Enko, my experience dealing with them, couldn't have been any better. I would definitely consider renting through them if they had what I was looking for.
