Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
New management is terrible. I loved living here until last month with the new company. They are rude and never sound inviting. If they are put out about answering questions and speaking to tenants they need to find a new profession. Another review said the same. So as of December 2021 I no longer recommend this place.

Everything that made this place great is gone. The place was just bought by first choice. The nice people who worked here are no longer here. Any review that says anything about the employees or owners of this place past a month ago is no longer relevant.

Unless you value your peace and quiet i DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS. the walls so thin you can hear every conversation not just only that during "so called quiet hours' they do not enforce it at all. i am downstairs and they do not care about their tenants at all. tried to contact management to fix this noise issue but no solution was made.
2nd thing is the management is rude very rude. I been paying my rent on time with help with a family member and just cause of that reason I'm being forced to move but its okay because ill find a apartment complex that CARES ABOUT THEIR TENANTS.

The amazing school district is the reason we moved here over a year ago but management has been extremely unorganized. Half way through the first year of our lease they tried to start charging me $100/mo more than what was originally agreed upon when we signed our lease . About a 8 months ago they confirmed that I had paid off my pet deposit but now they are saying I still owe. The staff however is friendly and mostly responsive to complaints. The atmosphere is nice. Our electricity bill is always high because one of our windows won't fully close and the door leaks in so much hot air because there

JUST BE CAUTIOUS. I moved into these apartments when they first opened up in 2014 and lived in them for 5 years. The first year I had not had any real problems. No bugs, any problems were addressed in a efficient manner. The insolation was never really good so I had to get thick curtains for the winter. The second year until I moved out were terrible. I moved into a bigger place about 2.5 years after first moving in because the apartment I had been living in the back of the complex had CONSTANT parking issues that cops were always having to check into. There was no curfew followed for loud noises

I drove from TX to OK for a move in expecting a move-in ready apartment but walked into a mess. I can understand the circumstances surrounding the virus, but the management should be more willing to fix issues, especially for a new tenant.
There were stains on "new carpet" and throughout the apartment.
I walked away, but they kept our admin fee of $200. Do not rent sight unseen here. Thankfully, I did not sign the lease before seeing the apartment.
I still dislike the fact that they kept our $200 after not having the apartment move-in ready.

I am entering my third year at this complex. Management has had a few changes but I have always felt very comfortable with them and they have always been very friendly and helpful to me. Maintenance request are always handled same day. Monday, Wednesday and Friday you can leave your trash by your door and they pick it up and take it away for you. The pool is great and there are many kids on the complex, I just wish there was a playground. There is a horse property across the street and it is so fun to watch them come out in the evenings. Overall, I really enjoy it here and the location wonderful

I’m pretty satisfied with living here. The maintenance is wonderful. Every issue I have had they are out within the day to have it fixed. The pool is wonderful. We love that it’s a salt water pool so it helps limit the chlorine in the water and it’s softer to swim in.
My only complaint is living down stairs I have upstairs neighbors with young children and I hear them run across their apartment st all hours of the day and night.
We love that we are close to the middle school for my daughter she can walk to school if she misses the bus. Or walk home if she has an extra curricular activity

DO NOT MOVE HERE! These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. They are cheaply built. They charge you way to much for a crappy apartment. The most awful staff in the office I've ever talked to. They are rude and unproffessional. The AC broke three times, and they wanted to put a window unit in instead if fixing it right away in the middle of summer. They charged me 500 dollars to "deep clean" the apartment, even though we already left it spotless.Your apartment and car are not safe from break ins. Security is a joke. Do not move here, worst experience I've ever had. One year was too long
