I am very satisfied stuff members are so friendly and professional. Every time I go there they made me feel like I’m they own friends. Emily did my cleaning today I can honestly say I feel the difference mouth feels so clean and fresh. Emily also educated me on how to take good care of my teeth while brushing my teeth. I am happy with the work, I wish I knew about Rifkin Dental Group sooner that way I wouldn’t wasted time went other places. Dr. Z is amazing. I thank you all for the wonderfully job.

The staff was courteous and exceptional in the service they provided. I was able to be squeezed in on a minute's notice and received same day treatment. Needed a crown and they delivered. This team went above and beyond and I could not be happier with the outcome of the procedure. I believe I've found my new favorite dental group.

What a refreshing experience! If I could give Dr. Susan Rifkin and her
incredible staff a rating of 10 stars, I would!
It always pleases me to be able to say, "Good Job!", but
unfortunately, I find that this has become harder to do these days. I
have high expectations and do not have much patience with
mediocrity and try to avoid it. (I waited 1 1/2 hours past my scheduled
appointment with my Emory cardiologist the week before seeing Dr.
Rifkin. I walked out in disgust .. after his nurse

I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Instead of feeling like a new patient I was treated as if I had been going to this dentist for years. When I left I felt like I had a host of new friends. Doesn’t happen very often on your first visit to a new dentist. Very satisfied with the level of service I received.

I have been a patient for years. Dr. Rifkin always has time to talk and listen. She wants your smile to be best. She is there for routine check ups, but she and her team really shine if there is a dental emergency. Dr. Rifkin and her team are like me a big family, and they really enjoy what they do and really care about their patients.

In the 26 years I have been going to Dr. Rifkin, I have never had a dental emergency. But a Blow Pop took out my crown over the weekend. I was so thankful that the office called me immediately and set up an appointment for early Tuesday morning. Of course Dr. Rifkin was right on time and got me in an out and back to normal in no time. So grateful for her gentle touch and her professionalism and the amazing staff and assistants. Our friends are always amazed when we tell them we love going to the dentist.

This was my first visit to Dr. Rifkin - I had seen another dentist for more than 30 years, who just retired. Dr. Rifkin and her PA performed a comprehensive, thorough exam to ascertain my dental health. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth did a complete, thorough job. Everyone in the office was courteous and warm, and the office itself was pristine.

I've been going to this place for years for dental care. I always appreciated the convenience of the location relative to work and home, the use of what seemed to be state of the art dental equipment, they were clean, and some staff members (emphasis on some) were really nice.
I've decided to find another dentist, because Dr. Rifkin recently replaced a filling that turned out to be a bad job. She refused to redo the filling and referred me to an endodontist, outside of my network, because there was just no way that she could have made a mistake...so $377 later, a total of almost 3 months

These 5 star reviews from people that have been with her for over 15 years are great but do not truly tell you the excellence of this dentist. My story is that of comparison. I was a patient of hers from 1994-2000. During this time I was under one of the best dental plans at the time. During the 6 years she redid one old cavity that had come loose. I had what I thought was a decay problem on my incisor next to the gum line. She inspected it but asked that we just watch it instead of patching it unless it was bothering me. Refused to give me a price over the phone. I do not have dental insurance so I have to price check. I do not believe dental care should be scrimped on, it's just too important. However, a place that does not care about helping me to get the care I need is not for me. We all deserve good thorough care.

Let me start by saying that I don't normally give a 5 star rating to any review, simply because everyone can improve. However, I have been going to Dr. Rifkin for the past 15 years and I have yet to find anything amiss with her practice. 15 years is a long time, and so I feel a 5 star rating at this point is well earned. I am not a "fan" of going to the dentist...as well, I am sure a lot of people aren't. But I would 'fly in' for her treatment from anywhere in the world.
