Service is beyond terrible. We were told test results would be back in 3-5 days. Today is day 10 and nothing. Nobody returns calls and we get a canned, rehearsed response from whoever answers the phone because heaven forbid they do their job and try to answer a question. We have also been passed on to "someone who can help" yet whoever that person is, never picks up the call and doesn't return messages even after days of waiting. There are several other choices for urgent care in the area, ANY of them would be better than this place.

Absolutely terrible service. especially a lady named Kara - extremely rude and clearly had bigger priorities than helping customers. It took her forever to 'greet me' and even longer to scan my ID and insurance card. It was the LONGEST wait I've ever had to experience to simply check in. It wouldn't surprise me if she didn't even show me as checking in! Will never take myself/family there.

In July of 2019 I went to see Beth for a lack of appetite. Beth listened to me and heard my crazy thoughts of all this could be and was very attentive. She ordered A full abdomen ultrasound and with in a week I was getting an MRI for a mass the found on my Kidney. My MRI was on a Friday morning and by Saturday at 11am Beth called me and I’ll… never forget her words. Beth told me I had kidney cancer. She was so empathetic with her worlds. She told me what I needed to do and she let me know she would be there for what ever decisions I made. Turns out i had stage 3, grade 3 kidney cancer
